"ABSTRAK:

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah sumber harga diri mampu memprediksi desakan menikah dewasa muda. Secara spesifik penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana kontribusi masing-masing area sumber harga diri yaitu, academic competence, competition, family support, appearance, approval from generalized others, God’s love, virtue, dan romantic relationship terhadap desakan menikah dewasa muda. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 192 mahasiswa dewasa muda Jabodetabek yang memiliki orientasi heterosexual dan memiliki rencana menikah.

Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sumber harga diri mampu memprediksi desakan menikah pada dewasa muda sebesar 25.2%. Namun hanya sumber harga diri pada area romantic relationship yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap desakan menikah. Selain itu, dari hasil analisis tambahan peneliti juga menemukan bahwa ada hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, pengeluaran per bulan, dan selisih usia dengan target usia menikah pada desakan menikah.


ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this study was to test whether contingencies of self worth are able to predict mate urgency on young adults or not. Specifically, the research was done to see the contribution from each contingencies of self – worth, which were academic competence, competition, family support, appearance, approval from generalized others, God’s love, virtue, and romantic relationship toward mate urgency of young adults. This study included 192 young adult students in

Jabodetabek area, who were heterosexual and had a plan to be married.

Results of this research proved that contingencies of self – worth can predict mate urgency on young adults for 25.2 percent, although self – worth, which was based on romantic relationship area gave a significant contribution towards mate urgency. On the other hand, the result of additional analysis also found that there was a relationship between age, gender, monthly expenditure, and the range between age and targeted age to get married and the mate urgency itself.

"ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan mengenai hubungan antara relationship contingency dan self-efficacy dalam hubungan romantis dalam memprediksi desakan menikah pada dewasa muda yang belum menikah, khususnya di wilayah Jabodetabek. Relationship contingency diukur dengan menggunakan Relationship Contingency Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Sanchez, Good, Kwang, dan Saltzman (2008), self-efficacy dalam hubungan romantis diukur dengan menggunakan Self-Efficacy in Romantic Relationship yang dikonstruksikan oleh Riggio, Weiser, Valenzuela, Lui, Montes, dan Heuer (2011), serta desakan menikah diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Desakan Menikah yang dikembangkan oleh tim peneliti (2014).

Partisipan penelitian yang berjumlah 186 orang yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai orang-orang yang sedang berada dalam tahap perkembangan psikososial dewasa muda, berstatus sebagai mahasiswa atau sudah bekerja, dan baik mereka yang belum atau sudah memiliki pasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relationship contingency dapat memprediksi desakan menikah pada dewasa muda, namun prediksi tidak dapat dilihat melalui self-efficacy dalam hubungan romantis, maupun interaksi antara kedua variabel tersebut.


ABSTRACT

This research is conducted to get explanation about the relationship between relationship contingency and self-efficacy in romantic relationship in predicting mate urgency towards unmarried young adults, particularly in Greater Jakarta area. Relationship contingency is measured using Relationship Contingency Scale which was developed by Sanchez, Good, Kwang, and Saltzman (2008), self-efficacy in romantic relationship is measured using Self-Efficacy in Romantic Relationship which was constructed by Riggio, Weiser, Valenzuela, Lui, Montes, and Heuer (2011), while mate urgency is measured with Mate Urgency Scale which was developed by research team (2014).

Total participant in this research is 186 people

who have characteristics as those who are in the stage of young adult in psychosocial development stage, having status as a college student or a worker already, and either already involved in romantic relationship or not. The result of this research indicates that the relationship contingency can predict mate urgency towards young adults, however the prediction cannot be seen either through self-efficacy in romantic relationship nor the interaction between both variables.

Membentuk hubungan romantis berupa pernikahan adalah tugas perkembangan dewasa muda. Pola pernikahan di Jakarta dan sekitarnya pada masa kini menunjukkan bahwa individu juga menikah atas keputusannya sendiri selain faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan dan keluarga. Faktor individual yang diketahui memprediksi desakan menikah adalah relationship contingency of self-worth. Selain itu, alasan individual untuk menikah yang ditemukan di masa kini berdasar pada cinta yang dirasakan pada pasangan (Sprecher & Hatfield, 2015) dan keyakinan-keyakinan tentang pernikahan (Berry, 2012) yang digambarkan oleh romantic beliefs. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui apakah relationship contingency of self-worth dan romantic beliefs memprediksi desakan menikah pada dewasa muda di Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 212 orang. Ditemukan bahwa model multiple regression relationship contingency of self worth dan romantic beliefs memprediksi desakan menikah secara signifikan. Model relationship contingency of self-worth memprediksi desakan menikah secara signifikan, sedangkan model romantic beliefs tidak memprediksi desakan menikah secara signifikan. Ditemukan juga bahwa tiga dimensi romantic beliefs berkorelasi positif dengan desakan menikah secara signifikan. Dimensi-dimensi tersebut adalah love finds a way, idealization, dan love at first sight.

"Pariwisata halal saat ini semakin berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan tren gaya hidup halal. Salah satu fasilitas pendukung dalam pariwisata halal adalah hotel syariah. Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana pengaturan penyelenggaraan hotel syariah di Indonesia dan bagaimana urgensi pengaturan penyelenggaraan hotel syariah di Indonesia. Tulisan ini disusun menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat preskriptif. Hotel syariah adalah hotel yang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah di dalam pengelolaannya. Hotel syariah merupakan konsep bisnis perhotelan yang relatif baru seiring dengan perkembangan pariwisata halal. Saat ini Indonesia belum memiliki peraturan perundang-undangan tingkat nasional yang secara khusus mengatur tentang hotel syariah pasca dicabutnya Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah. Pengaturan terkait hotel syariah saat ini mengacu kepada Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor PM.53/HM.001/ MPEK/2013 tentang Standar Usaha Hotel, Panduan Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Halal Kementerian Pariwisata 2019, serta Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia Nomor 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pariwisata Berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah, serta beberapa peraturan tingkat daerah. Permenparekraf Standar Usaha Hotel tidak mengatur secara spesifik kriteria dan persyaratan hotel syariah, di sisi lain peraturan daerah yang ada juga belum spesifik mengatur hotel syariah dan terdapat perbedaan pengaturan untuk hotel syariah. Saat ini tidak ada peraturan perundang-undangan yang secara khusus mengatur terkait dengan hotel syariah, oleh karena itu perlu dibentuk suatu peraturan perundang-undangan yang bersifat nasional yang secara khusus mengatur hotel syariah. Perlunya pengaturan tersebut karena pangsa pasar yang besar dari pariwisata halal. Hotel syariah merupakan konsep bisnis yang relatif baru dan masih banyak kebingungan sehingga perlu untuk dibentuk pengaturannya. Pengaturan juga untuk mewujudkan kebabasan beragama dan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan kepada wisatawan, serta untuk menjalankan amanat Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal.

Halal tourism is currently growing in tandem with the development of the halal lifestyle trend. One of the supporting facilities in halal tourism is Sharia hotels. This thesis discusses the regulation of the implementation of Sharia hotels in Indonesia and the urgency of regulating the operation of Sharia hotels in the country. The thesis is compiled using a normative juridical research method that is prescriptive. Sharia-compliant hotels are hotels that apply Sharia principles in their management. Sharia-compliant hotels are a relatively new concept in the hospitality industry, and their development is closely linked to the growth of halal tourism. Currently, Indonesia does not have a national law specifically governing Sharia-compliant hotels after the revocation of Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Sharia Hotel Businesses. The current regulation on Sharia-compliant hotels refers to the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number PM.53/HM.001/MPEK/2013 on Hotel Business Standards, the Ministry of Tourism's Guidelines for the Implementation of Halal Tourism in 2019, as well as the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulama Council Number 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 on Guidelines for Tourism based on Sharia Principles, and several local regulations. The Ministry of Tourism Regulation on Hotel Business Standards does not specifically regulate the criteria and requirements for Sharia-compliant hotels. On the other hand, the existing local regulations are not specific, and there are differences in the regulations for Sharia-compliant hotels. Currently, there is no law that specifically governs Sharia-compliant hotels. therefore, there is a need to establish national legislation specifically regulating Sharia hotels. This regulation is necessary due to the large market share of halal tourism. Sharia hotels are a relatively new business concept, causing confusion, thus requiring regulation. The regulation is also essential to ensure religious freedom, provide legal certainty and protection to tourists, and fulfill the mandate of the Halal Product Assurance Law."

"Coronavirus Disease 2019 menjadi krisis kesehatan masyarakat baru yang mengancam manusia. setiap orang semakin rentan mengalami gangguan psikososial. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Czeisler et. al (2020), pervalensi perempuan dewasa mengalami gangguan ansietas atau depresi lebih tinggi dari pada laki-laki, yaitu sebesar 31,5%. Termasuk ibu rumah tangga yang sebelum pandemi secara individu seorang ibu rumah tangga mengalami stress yang tergolong berat. Kejadian epidemi ini bukan hanya beresiko kepada tekanan psikologis, tetapi juga dapat berdampak dengan kesehatan fisiologis, termasuk kesehatan pencernaan . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan masalah psikososial dengan pola eliminasi fekal pada ibu rumah tangga selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Hasil yang diperoleh, terdapat hubungan masalah psikososial dengan frekuensi buang air besar (p = 0,019, α = 0,05), karakteristik feses (p = 0,029, α = 0,05). Namun, tidak menunjukan hubungan masalah psikososial dengan urgensi eliminasi fekal (0,464, α = 0,05). Oleh karena itu, perlu ada upaya pencegahan bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak psikologis dan fisiologi dari masalah psikososial yang timbul akibat pandemi COVID-19 sejak dini agar tidak mengalami masalah patologis kejiwaan.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 is a new public health crisis that threatens humans. Everyone is increasingly susceptible to psychosocial disorders. Research conducted by Czeisler et. al (2020), the prevalence of adult women experiencing anxiety disorders or depression is higher than men, which is 31.5%. Including housewives who before the pandemic individually a housewife experienced severe stress. The occurrence of this epidemic is not only a risk of psychological distress, but can also have an impact on physiological health, including digestive health. This study is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach to prove the relationship between psychosocial problems and faecal elimination patterns in housewives during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results obtained, there is a the relationship between psychosocial problems with defecation frequency (p = 0.019, = 0.05), stool characteristics (p = 0.029, = 0.05). However, it does not show the relationship between psychosocial problems and the urgency of fecal elimination (0.464, = 0.05). Therefore, the needs of prevention aimed at reducing the psychological and physiological impacts of psychosocial problems arising from the COVID-19 pandemic from an early age so as not to experience mental pathological problems. "

"Retailer seperti department store cenderung menggunakan strategi sales promotion dengan memberikan potongan harga. Hal ini menyebabkan konsumen untuk belajar menunda pembelian dan lebih memilih untuk membayar tidak dengan harga penuh. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari strategi limited edition dalam kolaborasi retailer-brand pada perilaku konsumen seperti urgency to buy, willingness to pay price premium, dan intention to share advertisement berdasarkan karakteristik status consumption. Analisis kovarians dilakukan untuk menguji 2 (collaboration duration: limited edition vs ongoing collection) x 2 (perceived retailer-brand fit: high fit vs low fit) x 2 (status consumption: high vs low) dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen between-subject (n=277). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urgency to buy, willingness to pay price premium, dan intention to share advertisement lebih tinggi pada pada partisipan yang memiliki karakteristik high-status consumption dan dengan kondisi strategi limited-edition pada kolaborasi yang dipersepsikan memiliki kecocokan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi akademik mengenai perbedaan pengaruh strategi limited edition dalam kolaborasi retailer-brand dengan mempertimbangkan faktor karakteristik konsumen. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi manajerial berupa masukan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran dan menembangkan cara baru untuk meningkatkan kunjungan dan kinerja penjualan.

Retailers such as department stores tend to use sales promotion by discounting items, which has caused the consumer to be less likely to pay at full price and learn to postpone their purchase. Therefore, this study aims at investigating the effects of status consumption and limited-edition strategy in a retailer-brand collaboration on consumer behaviours, i.e., the urgency to buy, willingness to pay a price premium, and sharing intention. Analysis of covariance was conducted to test a 2 (collaboration duration: limited edition vs ongoing collection) x 2 (perceived retailer-brand fit: high fit vs low fit) x 2 (status consumption: high vs low) between-subjects design (n=277). The result shows that the urgency to buy, willingness to pay a price premium, and sharing intention are favourable among the high-status consumption participants when the collaboration product is offered as limited-edition and has a high perceived retailer-brand fit. This study contributes to marketing literature in the space of the influence of consumer characteristics on the effectiveness of brand alliances and limited-edition strategy. Further, this study provides insights for managers to design competitive marketing strategies by considering the consumers’ characteristics and to develop new ways to increase in-store traffic by exciting consumers to make a purchase right away without marking the product on sale."

"ABSTRAK
Dalam hal ihwal negara dalam keadaan kegentingan yang memaksa, Pasal 22 UUD 1945 memberikan hak kepada Presiden untuk menetapkan Perppu. Namun timbul problema hukum mengenai siapakah yang menentukan kapan terjadinya “hal ihwal kegentingan yang memaksa” tersebut, dan siapa yang menentukan keadaan seperti apakah kondisi kegentingan yang memaksa telah terpenuhi, sehingga Presiden menjadi berhak menetapkan Perppu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab dua pertanyaan, yaitu: (i) bagaimana pengaturan Perppu dalam UUD Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku; (ii) bagaimana kesesuaian antara Putusan Mahkmah Konstitusi Nomor 138/PUU-VII/2009 terhadap UUD 1945. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan data sekunder atau data kepustakaan terkait dengan kegentingan yang memaksa, Perppu, kewenangan Presiden dan kewenangan DPR. Dari analisis dapat diketahui, pertama, syarat hal ikhwal kegentingan yang memaksa menurut Pasal 22 ayat (1) UUD 1945 tidak boleh diidentikan dengan keadaan bahaya seperti dimaksud oleh Pasal 12 UUD 1945. Jika dianggap identik, justru akan timbul kesulitan karena Perppu hanya boleh ditetapkan dalam keadaan darurat saja. Kedua, Putusan MK Nomor 138/PUU-VII/2009 bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Mahkamah Konstitusi tidak memiliki kewenangan untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap Perppu. UUD 1945 dan UU No. 24 Tahun 2003 tidak secara tegas mencantumkan kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi untuk melakukan pengujian undang-undang terhadap UUD.

ABSTRACT
In the conditions of pressing crisis, Article 22 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 entitles the President to establish government regulations in lieu of laws or (Perppu). However, legal problems arise regarding who decides what the "conditions in pressing crisis" is, and who determines the conditions so that President is entitled to assign Perppu. This study aims to answer two questions, namely : (i) how Government Regulation is referred in the Constitution and the prevailing legislation (ii) the conformity between the Constitutional Court Verdict Number 138/PUU-VII/2009 against Constitution. The method used in this study is normative research using secondary data or literature data associated with conditions in pressing crisis, Government Regulation, the authorities of President and Parliament. Analysis shows, firstly, requirement of conditions in pressing crisis according to Article 22 paragraph (1) of Constitution should not be identified with the state of emergency as defined by Article 12 of Constitution. If it is considered identical, there will be a problem because Government Regulation should only be applied in emergencies only. Secondly, the Constitutional Court Verdict No. 138/PUU-VII/2009 is contrary to the Constitution. The Constitutional Court does not have the authority to conduct judicial review of Government Regulation. The Constitution and Act Number 24 of 2003 does not expressly include the authority of the Constitutional Court to conduct judicial review against the Constitution."
