"Perputaran ekonomi masyarakat terjadi dikarenakan adanya Shopping Center. Shopping Center merupakan kompleks pertokoan yang dikunjungi untuk membeli, melihat dan membandingkan barang-barang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi social masyarakat serta memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan berbelanja bagi pengunjung. Salah satunya adalah pada Kawasan Sawah Besar yang berada di area transisi antara pemukiman padat, stasiun transit hub, perdagangan, pariwisata dan menjadi trademark sebagai kawasan penjualan otomotif. Kawasan Sawah besar ini juga masuk ke dalam Kawasan TOD (Transit Oriented Development).

The community's economic turnover occurs due to the existence of a Shopping Center. Shopping Center is a shopping complex that is visited to buy, view and compare goods in meeting the socio-economic needs of the community as well as providing shopping comfort and security for visitors. One of them is the Sawah Besar area which is in a transition area between dense settlements, transit hub stations, trade, and tourism and has become a trademark as an automotive sales area. The Sawah Besar area is also included in the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) Area."

Praktek Kerja Profesi tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian; memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian; melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi apoteker; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek dan pekerjaan kefarmasian; dan mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang berjudul Penyuluhan tentang Dampak Resistensi Antibiotik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, kemauan dan peran serta masyarakat dalam penggunaan antibiotika dengan tepat dan bijak serta dapat mencegah terjadinya resistensi antibiotik.

Apothecary profession internship at Puskesmas aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy practice; have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and real experience to profession and pharmacys practice; know and learn the strategies and development of apothecary profession practice; have an actual experiences about the problems of pharmacy practice; and also able to communicating and interacting with other health professionals on duty at Puskesmas. "ABSTRAK
Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat atau Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang melaksanakan pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia. Untuk menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan perseorangan maka dibutuhkan tenaga kesehatan yang berkompetensi, salah satunya adalah tenaga kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sawah Besar bertujuan agar memberikan pemahaman, peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di dalam praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku, wawasan dan pengetahuan nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi apotek di Puskesmas, memberikan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas dan mampu berkomunikasi serta berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas.Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penyuluhan Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA). Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi obat kepada masyarkat yang sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian klinik di Puskesmas.

ABSTRACT
Primary health care (Puskesmas) is a health care facility that implement health development in Indonesia. To organize public health efforts and individual health efforts, Puskesmas necessary competent health professionals and one of which is pharmacist. Profession Internship at Puskesmas Kecamatan Sawah Besar aims to pharmacis students to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy services in Puskesmas in accordance with the provisions of the laws and ethics, to provide the professionalisms, skills, attitudes, behavior, and reality to pharmaceutical practice in Puskesmas, to see and learn the strategies and development of professional practice of pharmacy in Puskesmas, to give a reality of issues and pharmaceutical practice in Puskesmas and to communicate and interact with health care providers in Puskesmas. Special assignment entitled Counseling of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI). The special assigment aims to provide drug information to patients in accordance with the standard of clinical pharmacy services at Puskesmas."

"An Analysis on the Quality Service of The Management of the Multiple-floored Low-Priced Housings (Case Study of the Multiple-floored Low-priced Housing at the Karang Anyar Village, Sawah Besar Sub District, of Central Jakarta District, in the Province of the Jakarta Capital City)The village Karang Anyar is one of many slum areas found in the Central Jakarta District. But not categorized as illegal housings, since the area has been inhabited for decades and passed on trough some generations, furthermore in the land with once was set in fire that devastate all the housings on it, many of the people living there are already granted with Certificate for the land they occupied.
The Development of the Multiple-floored Low-priced Housing provided by the Local Government of the Capital City of Jakarta is part of it's service to the public, in order to meet the need for homes for city inhabitants. It is expected that the management of the multiple-floored housings to provide good service quality for the satisfaction the occupants of the multiple-floored housings.
Service represents the implementation of the policy with has been formulated by the policy maker in this case, The Capital City of Jakarta Housing Agency. The service quality referred to including facility service implementation at the Multiple-floored Low-priced Housings at the Karang Anyar village, from unsatisfied up to extremely unsatisfied.
The above mentioned matter is due to the lack of personnel to undertake the task on the field as the Person In charge on the location, as will as the inadequate operational cost allocated for the maintenance of the Multiple-floored Low-priced housings, which is caused by the collected can not cover the operational cost need.
This research is finding out whether there is correlation or gap between the inhabitant's perception and expectation on the service quality of Multiple-floored housings management as well as the level of quality service implementation which is provided by the management of the Karang Anyar's Multiple-floored Low-priced housings.
This research is a descriptive analysis and a case study based, the analysis is performed quantitatively, which can describe clearly factors of the Multiple-floored housings services. The Quantitative analysis is used due to the inclusion of research variables which is aimed at resolving the existing current problem.
In this research the respondents are taken from some of the inhabitants of the Multiple-floored Housings involving 150 family heads out of totally 360 family heads occupied the housings.
The data collection method used in this research is the questionnaire method in the form of questions list addressed directly at the inhabitants of the Multiple-floored housing based o the accidental sampling technique for those taken as respondent in this research.
This kind of Data collection technique is applied to collect main data which '?ill be used to evaluate/answer questions in this research, besides by using study case . Since the case study method has variations can be either simple or even' complex . This case study can be implemented in one or more places at the same time.
The outcome of this research reveals description of gap between perceptions and expectations of the occupants against the level of service provided by the management of the Karang Anyar Multiple-floored Low-priced Housings. The highest gap level figure is earned at the reliability dimension measurement reading - 2.48 with satisfaction level scores 42 %. the inhabitants fail to be satisfied according to their expectations. While the occupants satisfaction level from all dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) stand at 47 °/o with gap level of -2.21. therefore there is a gap between perception and expectation of the inhabitants of the Multiple-floored Low-priced housings of 53%. Therefore an improvement is obviously needed on all dimension of quality service, in order to meet the expectations of the inhabitants as the user of the service provided.
