"ABSTRAK

Penerimaan e-learning pada suatu organisasi menjadi kunci penting dalam menentukan kesuksesan penggunaan sistem. Diketahui penerimaan e-learning MA RI tidak mencapai target. Oleh karena itu perlu membangun motivasi pegawai dalam menggunakan e-learning, salah satu hal yang penulis pandang penting adalah dukungan lingkungan pembelajaran organisasi dalam bentuk dukungan manajerial, dukungan kerja, dan dukungan organisasi, dukungan pekerjaan dan dukungan teman. Oleh karena itu tujuan pertama penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan pembelajaran organisasi dalam mendorong motivasi pegawai berdasarkan teori SDT dalam menggunakan e-learning MA RI. Tujuan kedua yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiga kebutuhan psikologi dasar manusia yang terdiri dari perceived autonomy, perceived relatedness, perceived competence dimana merupakan variabel SDT terhadap persepsi kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan e-learning MA RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived autonomy, perceived relatedness, perceived competence mempengaruhi faktor-faktor tersebut sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan. Persepsi keterkaitan (relatedness) tidak terbukti mempengaruhi kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat penggunaan e-learning MA RI.


ABSTRACT


The acceptance of e-learning will be done in the form of a system. It is known that the reception of e-learning of the RI MA did not reach the target. Therefore it is necessary to build an understanding in using e-learning, one of the things that edits are used is a variety of activities, in the form of organization, work, and various jobs. Therefore it is the first is the learning carried out by SDT students in using e-learning MA RI. The second objective is to find out the influence of psychology, perceived autonomy, perceived relatedness, perceived competence when becoming SDT variables on the perceived ease and usefulness of e-learning MA RI. The results of the study show that perceived autonomy, perceived relatedness, perceived competence influence the factors that are in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. However, only perceived relatedness are not proven to affect the use and benefits of using the MA RI e-learning.

Tesis ini membahas mengenai implementasi special and differential
treatment di dalam IJEPA sebagai sarana pembangunan dalam bentuk bantuan
teknis dan kerjasama dari Jepang kepada Indonesia untuk mencapai tujuannya yaitu
membangun melalui perdagangan internasional. Hal tersebut diberikan karena pada
dasarnya Indonesia mengalami kerugian secara intrinsik akibat liberalisasi IJEPA.
Bantuan tersebut berupa pengembangan manufaktur atau yang disebut dengan
MIDEC. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan kajian
normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi MIDEC sebagai
sebuah bentuk special and differential treatment di dalam IJEPA belum
dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan lemahnya landasan hukum
dalam segi pengaturan tanggung jawab pelaksana dan pengawasan organisasi
MIDEC terhadap kegiatan MIDEC, pengaturan pembiayaan MIDEC, dan
penetapan program/roadmap yang kurang terperinci.
Disis lain, implementasi MIDEC selama 5 tahun memberikan pengaruh
terhadap perdagangan barang di Indonesia, antara lain perbaikan standard kualitas
produk manufaktur (elektronik, besi, otomotif), penurunan harga domestik produk
manufaktur di Indonesia, dan meningkatkan nilai ekspor beberapa barang
manufaktur dalam program MIDEC (seperti otomotif dan elektronik). Penelitian ini
juga menyarankan agar Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dapat melakukan
renegosiasi terkait hal tersebut di atas serta memanfaatkan program MIDEC secara
maksimal bagi seluruh stakeholder di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the implementation of special and differential treatment
in the IJEPA as a means of development in the form of technical assistance and
cooperation from Japan to Indonesia to achieve its goal of building through
international trade. It is given because basically Indonesia experienced a loss due
to liberalization IJEPA intrinsically. Assistance in the form of manufacturing or
development called MIDEC. This study is a qualitative study using normative
study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation MIDEC as a form
of special and differential treatment in the IJEPA not yet fully implemented. This
is due to a weak legal basis in terms of regulation and oversight responsibilities of
implementing the activities of MIDEC by the MIDEC organization, MIDEC
financing arrangements, and the establishment of a program /roadmap that lack
detail.
On other hand, the implementation MIDEC for 5 years to gave effect to trade
goods in Indonesia, among others, improvement of standards of quality of
manufactured products (electronics, steel, automotive), the decline in domestic
prices of manufactured products in Indonesia, and increase the value of exports of
manufactured goods in the program MIDEC (such as automotive and electronics).
This study also suggested that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to
renegotiate related to the above as well as maximally utilize MIDEC program for
all stakeholders in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi motivasi intrinsik pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan kreativitas karyawan, peran moderasi openness to experience pada hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dengan kreativitas karyawan, dan peran moderasi openness to experience pada hubungan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kreativitas karyawan melalui motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian dilakukan secara cross-sectional melalui survei daring pada karyawan perusahaan BUMN (N = 169). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan moderated-mediation model (Model 14) dari Hayes’ PROCESS Macro pada program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kreativitas karyawan. Namun demikian openness to experience ditemukan tidak signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik dengan kreativitas karyawan, dan openness to experience juga tidak signifikan memoderasi hubungan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kreativitas karyawan melalui motivasi intrinsik.

This current study aims to investigate the mediating role of intrinsic motivation in the relationship between participative leadership and employee creativity, the moderating role of openness to experience in the intrinsic motivation and employee creativity, and the moderating role of openness to experience in the indirect relationship between participative leadership and employee creativity through intrinsic motivation. This study was conducted using a cross-sectional design through an online survey directed at BUMN employees (N = 169). Data analysis was performed using moderated-mediation model (Model 14) of Hayes PROCESS Macro on SPSS software. Results showed that intrinsic motivation mediated the relationship between openness to experiences and employee creativity. However, results showed that openness to experience failed to moderate the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity, resulting in the nonsignificant findings in the moderating effect of openness to experience in indirect relationship between participative leadership and employee relationship through intrinsic motivation."
