"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 74 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Tugas khusus yang diberikan Berupa Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (LPLPO), Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR), pelayanan kefarmasian, dan monitoring obat generik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan, kerasionalan, dan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe II yang bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan dan kerasionalan terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 367 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa kajian administrasi, farmasetik dan klinis terhadap resep bagi pasien epilepsi yang bertujuan menentukan terapi yang diberikan telah memenuhi persyaratan administratif, klinis, dan farmasetik dan kesesuaian dan rasionalitas untuk keamanan pasien.

Internship (PKPA) at Puskesmas Pulogadung District, East Jakarta Administrative City aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services as stipulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 concerning Standard of Pharmaceutical Services at Puskesmas. Special tasks given are in the form of Drug Usage Reports and Request Sheets (LPLPO), Rational Drug Use (POR), pharmaceutical services, and monitoring of generic drugs at the Pulogadung District Health Center which aims to determine the need, rationality, and quality of pharmaceutical services. The Internship (PKPA) at the Presidential Hospital Gatot Soebroto Central Army Hospital (RSPAD) aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmaceutical services as stipulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 concerning Standards for Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals. A special task is given in the form of Monitoring Drug Therapy (PTO) in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus which aims to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness, safety and rationality of drug therapy in patients. Internship (PKPA) at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 367 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacy. Special assignments are given in the form of administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical studies of prescriptions for epilepsy patients with the aim of determining that the therapy given meets administrative, clinical, and pharmaceutical requirements and the suitability and rationality of patient safety."

"Selain rumah sakit, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang harus diperhatikan guna meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah apotek. Praktik kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinis; di mana pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, penarikan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan; sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang dilakukan meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat. Apoteker memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan sebuah apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu bagian dari perkuliahan pada Program Studi Profesi Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran nyata bagi seorang calon apoteker mengenai peran penting, tugas-tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini dilakukan di Apotek Safa, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1/RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12840. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan selama 20 hari mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2019 hingga 31 Juli 2019. Berdasarkan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Apotek Safa, dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan PKPA dapat membantu calon apoteker dalam memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, meliputi pengelolaan apotek, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai standar dan etika yang berlaku.

Pharmaceutical practices carried out in pharmacies include the management of pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services; where the management of pharmaceutical preparations that is carried out includes planning, procurement, receipt, storage, destruction, withdrawal, control, recording, and reporting; Meanwhile, clinical pharmacy services include prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information services, counseling, home pharmacy services, monitoring drug therapy, and monitoring drug side effects. Pharmacists have a very important role in managing a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship is part of the lectures at the Apothecary Study Program at the University of Indonesia, which is expected to provide a real picture for a prospective pharmacist regarding the important role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship (PKPA) was conducted at the Safa Pharmacy, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1 / RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 12840. This internship was carried out for 20 days from 1 July 2019 to 31 July 2019. Based on the Pharmacist Profession Internship activities carried out at Safa Pharmacy, it can be concluded that PKPA implementation can help prospective pharmacists in understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies, including managing pharmacies, managing pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services according to applicable standards and ethics."
