"ABSTRAK
Ruam popok merupakan reaksi inflamasi akut pada daerah kulit perianal yang
umum terjadi pada anak-anak. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah melakukan
pemenuhan kebutuhan kenyamanan pada anak yang mengalami gangguan
integritas dengan menggunakan virgin coconut oil dengan pendekatan Teori
Comfort Kolcaba. Hasil implementasi pada lima kasus terpilih menunjukkan
bahwa terjadi perbaikan pada masalah keperawatan kerusakan integritas kulit dan
nyeri akut yang dialami anak dengan ruam popok. Implementasi virgin coconut
oil dapat memperbaiki kerusakan jaringan yang terjadi. implementasi virgin
coconut oil melalui pendekatan Teori Comfort Kolkaba dapat diterapkan pada
anak dengan gangguan kenyamanan.

ABSTRACT
Diaper rash is an acute inflammatory reaction in the perianal skin areas that
commonly occur among children. The purpose of this case study is to meet the
needs of comfort among children experience impared skin with application of
virgin coconut oil with Comfort Kolcaba Theory approach. The result of the
application of the five selected cases demonstrate that improvements in skin
integrity and redved acute pain experienced by children with diaper rash.
Implementation of virgin coconut oil can repair the tissue damage . Application of
virgin coconut oil through Comfort Kolkaba Theory approach can be applied to
children with disorders of comfort."

"This research is aimed for knowing the influence of temperature, pH, and their interaction on the amount and quality of oils formed in fermentative extraction of coconut oil using bakers, yeast the treatment examined temperature divided into four treatments, pH divided into two treatments, and three repetitions. All treatment in this research met SII. The research result show that: (1) Treatment of temperatures give different effects on the amount of oils, temperatures of 35 C and 30 C produced the highest amount of oil, give different ffects on water content, temperatures of 30 C and 35 C resulted in the lowest amount of water content, gave different effect on iodine number, and on lathering number, temperature of 35 C resulted in the lowest number, did not give different effects on the level of free-fast acid. (2) Treatment of pH did not give different effect on the amount of oil, on water content but give different effect on iodine number, on lathering number, pH of 4 was lower the pH of 4.5. (3) Interaction of treatments of temperatures and pHs give different effect on the amount of oil, temperatures of 35 C with pH of 4 and temperatures of 30 C with pH 4 produced highest amount of oil, give different effect on water content, temperature of 30 C with the pH of 4.5 resulted in the lowest amount of water content, the temperature of 25 C with pH 4.5 produced high water content (0.55%), temperature 30 C with pH 4.5 resulted in the lowest peroxide number. It gives diffent effect on the content of free fats acid, produced oil white bright colour, good taste and smell and it was not immediately rancid"

"[ABSTRAK
Masalah kesehatan masyarakat menjadi perhatian utama, khususnya bagi pelayanan
kesehatan. Salah satu dari masalah kesehatan yang muncul adalah penyakit infeksi
seperti tetanus. Miliaria merupakan salah satu manifestasi klinis yang disebabkan
oleh bakteri tetanus. Miliaria terjadi akibat dari produksi keringat yang berlebih,
sehingga menyebabkan tersumbatnya kelenjar keringat pada kulit. Studi kasus yang
dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keefektifan virgin coconut oil (VCO)
dalam mengatasi miliaria pada pasien tetanus. Metode yang digunakan adalah
observasi sebelum dan setelah pemberian. Setelah 6 hari perawatan dengan VCO
menunjukkan penurunan pada jumlah miliaria. VCO terbukti efektif untuk
menurunkan miliaria. Penerapan VCO pada miliaria dari penyakit lain dan
menganalisis hasil pada pasien yang berbeda penting untuk aplikasi perawatan
selanjutnya.

Miliaria occur as a result of excessive sweat production, causing blockage of sweat
glands in the skin. The case study was carried out aiming to identify the effectiveness
of virgin coconut oil (VCO) in overcoming miliaria tetanus patients. The method used
was observation before and after administration. The result after 6 days of treatment
with VCO showed decrease in the number of miliaria. VCO was proven effective for
lowering miliary. The used of VCO in miliaria caused by other diseases and analyzed

"Diare tergolong sebagai penyakit endemis yang merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian balita. Sanitasi lingkungan dan hygiene yang buruk menjadi penyebab terbanyak terjadinya diare pada masyarakat perkotaan. Protein dan lipase pada feses yang bersifat iritan, kulit yang basah menjadi lebih mudah ditembus oleh bakteri dan virus akibat kontak dengan feses berkepanjangan, menyebabkan ruam popok menjadi salah satu masalah yang menyertai diare. Virgin coconut oil VCO dapat menjadi pilihan intervensi nonfarmakologi pada ruam popok yang ketika dioleskan pada ruam akan bereaksi dengan bakteri membentuk asamlemak rantai bebas yang berfungsi melindungi kulit dari patogen. Asam laurat yang terdapat didalamnya bersifat antibakteri, antiviral, antiinflamasi, dan anti alergi sehingga mempercepat proses penyembuhan ruam popok.
Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan pada anak diare disertai ruam popok dan menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan VCO pada ruam popok. Hasil karya ilmiah ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian VCO efektif dalam proses penyembuhan ruam popok dibuktikan dengan penurunan derajat ruam popok setelah dilakukan intervensi.

Diarrhea is classified as endemic disease which is one of the main causes of underfive mortality. Poor sanitation and hygiene are the most common causes of diarrhea in urban communities. Irritant proteins and lipases in feces, wet skin become more easily penetrated by bacteria and viruses due to prolonged contact with feces, causing diaper rash to be one of the problems that accompany diarrhea. Virgin coconut oil VCO may be the choice of nonpharmacologic intervention in diaper rash which when applied to the rash will react with bacteria to form a chain free acid chain that protects the skin from pathogens. Lauric acid contained therein are antibacterial, antiviral, anti inflammatory, and anti allergic to accelerate the process of healing diaper rash.
This paper aims to describe nursing care in diarrhea children with diaper rash and to analyze the effectiveness of VCO use in diaper rash. The results of this paper show that the use of VCO is effective in the process of healing diaper rash as evidenced by the decrease in the degree of diaper rash after intervention.

Luka tekan berada di peringkat ketiga yang membutuhkan biaya perawatan besar dan penyebab kematian tertinggi. Dalam mengantisipasi semakin tinggi angka kematian yang diakibatkan oleh luka tekan, perawat harus lebih sadar dan memberikan perhatian khusus untuk menangani masalah ini. Salah satu upaya pencegahan luka tekan dapat dilakukan dengan massase menggunakan VCO. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intervensi massase dengan menggunakan VCO untuk mencegah terjadi luka tekan pada pasien CKD dengan penurunan kesadaran. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dan analisa penelitian yang telah ada. Hasil analisa yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa intervensi ini terbukti efektif karena dapat mencegah luka tekan dengan tanda tidak terjadi kemerahan pada kulit pasien. This Final Scientific Work of Ners aims to analyze the interventions of massase by using Virgin Coconut Oil VCO to prevent pressure ulcers on patients Chronic Kidney Disease CKD with impairment of consciousness. The methodology used is the case study method and the existing research analysis. The results obtained showed this intervention proved to be effective as it can prevent pressure ulcers with no signs of redness on the patients skin. "ABSTRAK
Pembakaran tidak sempurna akan menghasilkan deposit berupa karbon yang menyebabkan konsumsi bahan bakar menjadi boros, knocking dan emisi gas buang. Deposit control additive DCA berbasis mannich base memiliki struktur polar head dan hydrocarbon tail sebagai senyawa nonpolar diklaim dapat mencegah pembentukan deposit keep clean . Polyisobutylene PIB sebagai hydrocarbon tail memiliki rantai hidrokarbon panjang dan reaktivitas tinggi dalam bahan bakar. Sintesis deposit control dari coconut methyl ester CoME yang mengandung gugus ester dengan panjang rantai karbon medium dan tidak bercabang memiliki kemiripan struktur rantai PIB. Minyak kelapa didominasi asam laurat C12 berperan menggantikan gugus nonpolar yang bersifat hidrofobik hydrocarbon tail. Analisis gugus fungsi dari produk hasil yaitu PIB-mannich terbentuk gugus fungsi C-N, C-H, N-H, NH2; PIB-amine terbentuk gugus fungsi C-N, CH, N-H, NH2, CoME-mannich terbentuk gugus fungsi C-H, N-H, NH2, RCOO; CoME-amida terbentuk gugus fungsi RCON, C-N, C-H, N-H, NH2. Analisis densitas dari produk hasil yaitu PIB-mannich adalah 0,8865 gr/ml; PIB-amina adalah 0,8566 gr/ml; CoME-mannich adalah 1,0435 gr/ml dan CoME-amida adalah 0,9437 gr/ml. Analisis viskositas kinematik 40oC dari produk hasil yaitu PIB-mannich adalah 421,1 cSt; PIB-amina adalah 75,16 cSt; CoME-mannich adalah 644,5 cSt dan CoME-amida adalah 422,8 cSt.

ABSTRACT
Imperfect combustion will produce carbon deposit causes high fuel consumption, knocking, and exhaust gas emission. Mannich based deposit control additive DCA has polar head and hydrocarbon tail structures, which are claimed to prevent the formation of deposit keeping clean . Polyisobutylene PIB as nonpolar hydrocarbon tail has long hydrocarbon chain, high reactivity, thermal stability and good solubility in gasoline. Deposit control synthesis from coconut methyl ester contains ester bonds and medium carbon chain have identically structure with polyisobutylene. Coconut oil has dominant of lauric acid as nonpolar hydrophobe hydrocarbon tail. Chemical structure FTIR analysis of PIB mannich describes C N, C H, N H, NH2 bonds PIB amine describes C N, CH, N H, NH2 bonds CoME mannich describes C H, N H, NH2, RCOO bonds CoME amide describes RCON, C N, C H, N H, NH2 bonds. Density analysis of PIB mannich is 0,8865 gr ml PIB amine is 0,8566 gr ml CoME mannich is 1,0435 gr ml and CoME amide is 0,9437 gr ml. Kinematic viscosity analysis of PIB mannich is 421,1 cSt PIB amine is 75,16 cSt CoME mannich is 644,5 cSt and CoME amide is 422,8 cSt. "
