" ABSTRAK
Bronkopneumonia merupakan proses infeksi akut pada alveolus tepatnya di bronkus yang sering terjadi pada anak-anak. Masalah keperawatan utama pada pasien dengan bronkopneumonia adalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas berhubungan dengan produksi mukus berlebih. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas bermain ldquo;meniup balon rdquo; sebagai pendekatan latihan napas dalam untuk meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pada anak usia pra sekolah dengan bronkopneumonia.
