"ABSTRACT
Mass Rapid Transit MRT Jakarta adalah salah satu transportasi kota yang ada di DKI Jakarta. MRT Jakarta muncul sebagai jawaban atas permasalah transportasi di Jakarta yang meliputi kemacetan, keakuratan jadwal, dan kenyamanan. Dari segi kemacetan, MRT Jakarta unggul karena memiliki jalur yang tidak beririsan dengan jalan raya. Proses operasional MRT tidak dipengaruhi kemacetan dan tidak menyebabkan kemacetan. Dari segi keakuratan jadwal, MRT Jakarta telah mengeluarga janji berupa target headway yang cukup singkat. Headway adalah interval kedatangan kereta. Dari segi kenyamanan, MRT Jakarta memiliki kualitas kereta yang cukup tinggi namun hal ini belum dapat memastikan tingkat kenyamanan MRT Jakarta, mengingat banyak faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat kenyamanan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kenyamanan MRT Jakarta berdasarkan kepadatan penumpang dan keakuratan jadwal kedatangan. Penulis menggunakan perangkat lunak ProModel 7.5 untuk melakukan simulasi atas 12 kebijakan yang telah dirancang berdasarkan tiga variabel kontrol, yaitu jumlah rangkaian kereta, jumlah kereta per rangkaian, dan headway. Dengan mempertimbangkan kepadatan penumpang dan pemenuhan target headway, kebijakan terbaik untuk peak hour adalah menggunakan 14 rangkaian kereta dengan 6 kereta per rangkaian untuk headway 5 menit, dan untuk off-peak hour menggunakan 7 rangkaian kereta dengan 8 kereta per rangkaian untuk headway 10 menit.

ABSTRACT
Mass Rapid Transit MRT Jakarta is one of the new urban transportation in Greater Jakarta area. MRT Jakarta appear as an answer for Jakarta rsquo s transportation problem, such as congestion, schedule accuracy, and level of comfort. MRT Jakarta rsquo s track is separated from highways, so it wouldn rsquo t impacted by congestion nor leads to congestions. MRT Jakarta has publish the headway target to promise the schedule accuracy. Headway is the interval time between train arrivals. MRT Jakarta has a high quality rolling stock, but this couldn rsquo t indicates MRT Jakarta overall level of comfort, since this level of comfort is affected by many factors. Therefore this research goal is to analyze MRT Jakarta level of comfort by considering passenger density and its headway target fulfillment. The researcher uses ProModel 7.5 to simulate 12 optional policies. This 12 optional policies are made of combined three control variable, which are train set, car number, and headway. By considering the passenger density and headway target fulfillment, the best specification for peak hour is 14 train set and 6 cars for each set with 5 minutes headway and for off peak hour is 7 train set and 8 cars for each set with 10 minutes headway."

"Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara, idealnya merupakan kota yang indah, bersih, tertib, nyaman dan teratur. Tetapi kenyataannya, Jakarta sebagai kota metropolitan yang mempunyai ciri khas kota besar, yaitu: keramaian lalu lintas kendaraan, banyaknya penduduk dan pembangunan gedung dan mall, serta banyak lagi sejumlah aktivitas yang dilakukan yang menyebabkan timbulnya kemacetan. Kemacetan lalu lintas di Jakarta mencerminkan ketidakberdayaan Pemda DKI Jakarta dahlin mengantisipasi perkembangan penduduk dan pembangunan kota Jakarta serta pertumbuhan kendaraan yang semakin pesat sehingga dahlin hal memberikan pelayanan transportasi apapun tidak bisa seeara baik terlak>ana. Padahal transportasi adalah salah satu tolok ukur dari ketahanan ekonomi suatu wi/ayah atau daerah. Program busway ditujukan untuk menjadi solusi atas persoalan transportasi massa di Jakarta, namun jalur busway itu sendiri pun masih dipertanyakan warga, apakah untuk mengatasi kemacetan atau justru menambah kemacetan di wilayah DKI Jakarta.

Jakarta as the capital of the countlY, ideally is a beautiful city, clean, orderly, comfortable and organized. But in reality, Jakarta as a metropolitan city that has typical big city, ie, traffic vehicles, large population and construction of buildings and malls, as well as many more number of activities undertaken that cause congestion. Traffic congestion in Jakarta, reflects helplessness Government of DIG Jakarta to anticipation of population growth and development of the city as well as the rapid growth of vehicle so in terms of providing transportation services of any kind can not be done. In fact, transportation is one of the benchmarks of economic resilience of a region or area. Program busway intended to be a solution to the problem of mass transportation in Jakarta, but the lane busway itself is still questionable residents, whether to tackle congestion or even add to traffic congestion in Jakarta."

"Jakarta sebagai ibukota Negara Indonesia memiliki permasalahan transportasi dimana jumlah kendaraan pribadi mendominasi jalanan dibandingkan dengan jumlah transportasi publik. Hingga akhirnya taksi daring hadir dan mendisrupsi sistem transportasi publik konvensional, dengan sistem pelayanan berbasis aplikasi. Hasil perbandingan regulasi taksi daring menunjukan bahwa terdapat 2 poin regulasi yang hanya diatur di Indonesia dan tidak diatur di Negara lain, yaitu pembatasan kuota taksi dan kartu standar pelayanan yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap kendaraan atau armada taksi daring.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survei pengguna taksi daring di Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 1100 orang yang merupakan penduduk DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor waktu tunggu, tariff yang lebih murah, kemudahan sistem pembayaran, kondisi mobil, dan keamanan & kenyamanan berpengaruh signifikan dengan frekuensi penggunaan, belanja, dan kepuasan layanan taksi daring. Pengguna layanan taksi daring di Jakarta mayoritas adalah wanita, dan mereka yang tidak memiliki mobil.

Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia has a transportation problems where the number of private vehicles dominates the streets compared to the number of public transportation. In 2014 ridesourcing start to rise and disrupt the conventional public transportation systems, with application-based service systems. The comparison of ridesourcing regulations in 5 countries shows that there are 2 regulatory points only exist in Indonesia and not regulated in other countries, such as restrictions on taxi quota and standard service cards that must be fulfilled by each vehicle or taxi fleet.
This research was conducted using survey of online taxi users in Jakarta, with 1100 respondents of sample who are residents of DKI Jakarta. The results showed that the waiting time, cheaper tariffs, ease of payment systems, car conditions, and security & comfort had a significant effect on the frequency of use, spending, and satisfaction of ridesourcing consumer. The majority users of ridesourcing service in Jakarta are women, and those who do not own a car.

biggest contribution of carbon gas on atmosphere and this problem would be discussed in this thesis.
Method which was used in this thesis was qualitative method by collecting data through library research and interview to the competence sides in this research.
The conclusion of this research is state policy especially transportation sector still more emphasize certain groups particularly for the sake of business. and ignored
importance of public, people conditions are still weak even though today has gone in reformation era which emphasizes people in making policy. However state remain participates in international policy that is ratifying Kyoto Protocol to reduce the
danger gas which causes climate alteration and global effect. Thus the state still halfhearted to perform the policy in this environment sector because of many importance, while in politic international which was leaded by state that is care about environment, that is a important issue and many pay attention in globalization era

"ABSTRAK
Manajemen transportasi kota di Tangerang Selatan menghadapi tantangan yaitu dalam menyelesaikan masalah kemacetan dan memenuhi kebutuhan penyediaan transportasi umum. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Dishub dalam manajemen transportasi kota berdasarkan Master Plan transportasi kota di Tangerang Selatan, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam pelaksanaan peran Dishub dalam manajemen transportasi kota melalui Master Plan transportasi kota di Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peran Dishub dalam manajemen transportasi kota berdasarkan Master Plan transportasi kota mencakup peran perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan. Master Plan sendiri merupakan rencana induk yang disusun oleh Dishub dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan transportasi kota di Tangerang Selatan. Dari penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa peran Dishub dalam manajemen transportasi kota berdasarkan Master Plan transportasti kota di Tangerang Selatan tersebut belum maksimal dikarenakan adanya permasalahan waktu, kurangnya komitmen, data-data informasi yang kurang komperhensif, belum tersedianya anggaran yang cukup, serta pemasalahan sumber daya manusia

ABSTRACT
Transportation management in the city of South Tangerang faced challenges in resolving problems of congestion and meet the need for the provision of public transport. This thesis aims to know the role of Department of Transportation in the management of the city transport based on the Master Plan of the city transport in South Tangerang, as well as to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the role of Department of Transportation in the management of city transport through the city transportation Master Plan in South Tangerang. This research used the qualitative approach with the method of data retrieval through in depth interviews and literature study. The research found that the role of Department of Transportation in the management of the city transport based on the city 39 s transportation Master Plan includes the role of planning, organizing, leadership, and controling. The Master Plan is itself a Master Plan drawn up by Department of Transportation in an effort to increase the city 39 s transportation services in South Tangerang. From this research it can be seen that the role of Department of Transportation in the management of the city transport based on transportasti city Master Plan in South Tangerang has not been fullest due lack of time, not fully commitment, data information that is less comprehensive, the availability of sufficient budgetary, and human resources."

"Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara Indonesia, sekaligus pusat perekonomian negara menyebabkan banyaknya movement atau pergerakan setiap harinya. Pergerakan ini dilakukan dengan bantuan beberapa jenis alat transportasi, namun mayoritas pergerakan di Jakarta masih berketergantungan dengan penggunaan transportasi pribadi seperti mobil, dan sepeda motor. Untuk mengatasi ketergantungan ini pemerintah DKI Jakarta telah berupaya untuk meningkatkan transportasi umum di Jakarta, dengan pengembangan beberapa moda seperti Kereta KRL, MRT, Bus TransJakarta, dan juga Kereta Api Bandara. Untuk mendukung konektivitas antar moda transportasi tersebut, pemerintah DKI Jakarta telah mengembangkan beberapa kawasan TOD, salah satunya terletak di Dukuh Atas. 
Penelitian ini menganalisis keterpaduan jadwal antar masing-masing moda transportasi yang terdapat di Dukuh Atas dengan mengamati jadwal yang tersedia yang disediakan oleh masing-masing operator moda transportasi serta waktu berjalan penumpang antar masing-masing moda serta menganalisis waktu tunggu yang disebabkan oleh jadwal dan membandingkannya dengan preferensi penumpang yang diperoleh melalui survei. 
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara jadwal masing-masing mode tidak terintegrasi sepenuhnya karena beberapa mode lebih terhubung daripada yang lain, perbedaan antara jumlah jadwal yang tersedia serta perbedaan headway memainkan peran penting dalam integrasi dan juga hasil analisis ini.

Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia, as well as the main economy hub of the country generates a lot of movement every single day. The movement of these people are done with the help of transportation, but most of them are privately own transportation modes such as cars, and motorcycles. To combat the high dependency on privately own transportation modes, the local government has been trying to improve the public transportation sector within the city of Jakarta, with developments of multiple modes of transportation such as the MRT, and KRL Trains, as well as the TransJakarta Buses, and also the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Railink. To support the connectivity between those modes of transportation, the local government has develop several TOD areas, one of it is located in Dukuh Atas.
This study analyzed the integration of schedule between each transportation mode located in Dukuh Atas by observing the available schedule provided by each mode of transports operator as well as the passenger walking time between each mode whilst also analysing the waiting caused by the schedule and comparing it with the passengers preference that is obtained through a survey.
The result of the analysis shows that the integration between schedules of each mode are not fully integrated as some modes are more connected than the other, the difference between the amount of available schedules as well the difference in headway plays a major factor on the integration as well as the result of the analysis.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas rute dan kelayakan operasional trayek langsung Transjakarta berdasarkan analisis perbandingan pada kondisi eksisting terhadap standar dari beberapa indikator kinerja angkutan umum dan tinjauan terhadap karakteristik pola perjalanan penumpang. Obyek penelitian ini adalah layanan Transjakarta rute 6H yang melayani rute Lebak Bulus ndash; Senen.
Berdasarkan perbandingan terhadap waktu tempuh, faktor muat, frekuensi, headway, karakteristik pola perjalanan penumpang pada segmen 1, serta uji signifikansi yang dilakukan pada faktor muat dan headway, diketahui bahwa rute Transjakarta 6H tidak efektif sehingga diperlukan suatu tindakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas rute tersebut. Restrukturisasi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan dengan menetapkan 3 skenario rute berdasarkan karakteristik pola perjalanan penumpang dan kemudian dilakukan analisis kelayakan operasional dari masing-masing skenario. Dari 3 skenario, Skenario 2 dan 3 dianggap layak dioperasikan dan kemudian dilakukan perencanaan operasional.
Perencanaan operasional dilakukan dengan menggunakan volume maksimum batas atas dan batas bawah untuk kedua skenario restrukturisasi rute tersebut. Masing-masing skenario memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam memutuskan skenario terpilih yang akan diterapkan. Skenario resturkturisasi rute dipilih berdasarkan 3 kriteria, yaitu rute tidak boleh dipotong di halte dengan volume terpadat, jarak putar balik bus harus efektif, dan nilai batas atas dipilih sebagai langkah preventif terjadinya kenaikan arus penumpang di kemudian hari.

This research is conducted to evaluate route effectiveness and operational feasibility of TransJakarta based on comparative analysis on the existing condition to the standard of some public transportation performance indicators and characteristics of passanger travel pattern. The object of this study is Transjakarta route 6H which serving Lebak Bulus Senen route.
Based on the comparison of travel time, load factor, frequency, headway, characteristics of passenger travel pattern on segment 1, and significance test on load factor and headway, it is known that TransJakarta route 6H is ineffective and therefore required an action to increase the effectiveness of the route. Restructuring is carried out to improve service effectiveness by defining 3 route scenarios based on characteristics of passenger travel patterns and then analyzing the operational feasibility of each scenario. From 3 scenarios, Scenario 2 and 3 were considered feasible to be operated and then operational planning was performed.
Operational planning is carried out using the maximum volume of upper and lower limits for both scenarios of restructuring of the route. Each scenario has advantages and disadvantages that can be used as consideration in deciding which scenario to choose. The route restructuring scenario is chosen based on 3 main criteria, ie the route should not be cut in the most densely populated stops, the bus reversal spacing should be effective, and the upper limit value is chosen as a preventive step for the increase of passenger flow in the future.
