"Prevalensi kasus gigi impaksi di Indonesia cukup tinggi, hal ini dibuktikan oleh penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Qutbi (2018) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr. Moewardi. Data tersebut berkaitan dengan tingginya angka tindakan pembedahan odontektomi di COT (Central Operation Theatre) Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RS UI). Pelayanan di COT menyumbang sekitar 40% dari total pendapatan rumah sakit. Berdasarkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, evaluasi penggunaan sediaan farmasi dan BMHP perlu dilaksanankan untuk mendorong penggunaan yang rasional, sehingga dapat menigkatkan mutu dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pola kesesuaian penggunaan sediaan farmasi dan BMHP aktual dengan standar paket tindakan odontektomi yang telah ditetapkan di (RS UI). Hasil evaluasi data kesesuaian pemakaian paket odontektomi dengan paket standar pada Juli hingga Desember 2022 menunjukkan bahwa 58% paket tidak sesuai dengan paket standar yang telah ditetapkan. Dari total 38 jenis item, pemakaian 10 item diantaranya dinilai sudah sesuai sedangkan 28 sisanya masih belum sesuai. Dari hasil perbandingan data antara frekuensi pemakaian dengan tingkat ketidaksesuaiannya, 3 jenis item memiliki riwayat ketidaksesuaian yang sangat tinggi dengan frekuensi pemakaian yang tinggi. Perbaikan terhadap jumlah item dalam paket tindakan odontektomi dengan riwayat pemakaian yang tinggi dan tingkat ketidaksesuaian yang tinggi perlu dilakukan.

The prevalence of impacted tooth cases in Indonesia is quite high, this is proven by research conducted by Qutbi (2018) at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Moewardi. This data is related to the high number of odontectomy operations at the COT (Central Operation Theatre) of the University of Indonesia Hospital (UI Hospital). Services at COT contribute around 40% of total hospital revenue. Based on pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals, evaluation of the use of pharmaceutical preparations and BMHP needs to be carried out to encourage rational use, so as to improve the quality and quality of health services in hospitals. The research in this final project was carried out to evaluate the pattern of suitability of the use of pharmaceutical preparations and actual BMHP with the standard odontectomy package that has been established at UI Hospital. The results of data evaluation on the suitability of using odontectomy packages with standard packages from July to December 2022 show that 58% of packages do not comply with the standard packages that have been determined. Of the total 38 types of items, the use of 10 of them was considered appropriate while the remaining 28 were still not appropriate. From the results of data comparison between frequency of use and level of nonconformity, 3 types of items have a very high history of nonconformity with high frequency of use. Improvements to the number of items in odontectomy packages with a high history of use and a high level of nonconformity need to be made."
