"Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini merupakan analisis dari seluruh kegiatan praktik residensi Ners Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi penerapan model The Care Cure and Core Lydia Hall dalam asuhan keperawatan pasien gangguan sistem kardiovaskular, penerapan praktik keperawatan berdasarkan pembuktian dan melakukan inovasi keperawatan.pengkajian pada model The Care Cure and Core berfokus pada kebutuhan pasien berdasarkan 3 aspek berbentuk lingkaran yang saling menumpuk, dimana salah satu lingkaran akan lebih besar dari yang lain pada saat aspek itu menjadi dominan pada pasien, dan lingkaran akan menjadi sama besar pada saat masalah pada pasien di 3 aspek tersebut berkurang atau teratasi. Praktik keperawatan berdasarkan pembuktian yang dilakukan adalah foot reflexology yang digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri sternotomy pada pasien paska bedah jantung. Pelaksanaan inovasi keperawatan berupa pelaksanaan konsultasi keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh konsultan keperawatan jantung pada pasien gagal jantung di unit rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Jantung Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta.

Final Scientific is an analysis of all activities residency practice nurses Specialist Medical Surgical Nursing. "Untuk menjadi seorang Ners Spesialis Keperawatan Medikal Bedah, seorang residen harus menjalani Praktik residensi sesuai dengan kekhususan tersebut. Residen spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah berperan sebagai pemberi pelayanan dalam asuhan keperawatan profesional menggunakan pendekatan model adaptasi Roy pada kasus utama gagal ginjal terminal yang menjalani hemodialisis. Residen berperan sebagai peneliti menerapkan tindakan keperawatan berbasis bukti dengan topik refleksologi kaki untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis. Dari penerapan keperawatan berbasis bukti ini didapat hasil perubahan kualitas tidur pada pasien hemodialisis yang mendapatkan refleksologi kaki sebelum dan sesudah tindakan.
