"Prinsip dan tujuan manajemen mutu dapat dilaksanakan dengan membuat suatu sistem pemastian mutu. Pemastian mutu dibuat dengan konsep yang menyeluruh dan didesain berdasarkan tujuan pemakaiannya. Desain dan pengembangan obat yang dibuat dengan memperhatikan persyaratan yang tercantum pada CPOB, dan perlunya dokumentasi, serta validasi pada setiap prosesnya. Pada proses pengembangan produk tablet XXX dibuatlah protokol verifikasi metode analisa penetapan kadar. Pembuatan protokol verifikasi metode analisa penetapan kadar dibuat untuk memastikan bahwa pada proses analisa penetapan kadar tablet XXX tidak terjadi bias, yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan pemastian mutu pada produk. Protokol veifikasi metode analisa penetapan kadar dibuat dengan mengacu pada monografi tablet XXX dari British Pharmacopoeia tahun 2020 dan The International Council For Harmonisation (ICH) guideline.

Quality management principles and objectives can be implemented by creating a quality assurance system. Quality assurance is made with a comprehensive concept and designed based on its intended use. The design and development of drugs is made by taking into account the requirements stated in the CPOB, and the need for documentation and validation in each process. In the process of developing the XXX tablet product, a verification protocol for the assay analysis method was created. The creation of a verification protocol for the assay analysis method was created to ensure that in the analysis process for assaying XXX tablets there was no bias, which could cause failure to ensure the quality of the product. The verification protocol for the assay analysis method was made by referring to the XXX tablet monograph from the British Pharmacopoeia in 2020 and the International Council For Harmonization (ICH) guideline."

"PT. MJG merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi alat kesehatan dan produk farmasi dengan mempromosikan inovasi dan teknologi terkini. PT. MJG memiliki sertifikasi Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) serta dua sertifikasi Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) untuk distribusi produk rantai dingin termasuk vaksin dan produk biologi lainnya dan distribusi produk obat lainnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesesuaian implementasi penerapan CDOB dan CDAKB dalam aspek manajemen mutu di PT. MJG. Tugas khusus ini dilaksanakan dengan metode studi literatur mengenai sistem manajemen mutu pada CDOB dan CDAKB. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui implementasi aspek sistem manajemen mutu pada CDOB dan CDAKB secara aktual di PT. MJG. Data yang didapatkan dari observasi tersebut diolah dan dilakukan perbandingan dengan pedoman CDOB dan CDAKB. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan, PT. MJG telah mengimplementasikan persyaratan umum dan persyaratan dokumentasi dalam sistem manajemen mutu dari CDOB dan CDAKB dengan baik sesuai dengan pedoman dan ketentuan yang dipersyaratkan. PT. MJG is a company concentrating in distributing medical device and pharmaceutical by promoting innovation and latest technology. PT. MJG has a Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) certification as well as two Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) certifications for the distribution of cold chain products including vaccines and other biological products and the distribution of other pharmaceutical products. This study aimed to examine the Compliance of the implementation of the CDOB and CDAKB in the aspect of quality management system at PT. MJG. This study was carried out using the literature study method regarding quality management system based on CDOB and CDAKB as the primary literature. Observations and interviews were conducted to find out the actual implementation of quality management system of CDOB and CDAKB at PT. MJG. The data obtained from these observations were processed and compared with the CDOB and CDAKB guidelines. Based on the comparison results, PT. MJG has complied to general requirements and documentation requirements in the quality management system of CDOB and CDAKB in accordance with the guidelines and conditions required.
