Dalam menunjang dokumentasi komputerisasi perlu dirancangnya system aplikasi berbasis online yaitu IntegrApp yang dapat membantu memudahkan proses dokumentasi data, pemantauan suhu, training matrix, produk kembalian, hingga proses maintenance, memberikan notifikasi email pengerjaan Key Performance Indicator melalui aplikasi IntegrApp yang di automatisasi via bot ke Microsoft Excel Key Performance Indicator Report, memudahkan pelanggan dalam memperoleh informasi data pelanggan seperti surat pemesanan, surat faktur, dan surat jalan pada PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari.
