"Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) luminol pada elektroda cetak karbon (SPCE) dikembangkan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi asam folat pada brokoli sebagai sampel sayuran hijau. Kehadiran H2O2 sebagai ko-reaktan meningkatkan intensitas ECL luminol, namun ketika asam folat dimasukkan ke sensor yang diusulkan, terjadi penurunan intensitas ECL. Tren penurunannya linier terhadap intensitas ECL luminol-H2O2 pada konsentrasi 10-6-0,003 mol/L, dengan sensitivitas 0,0237 a.u. µM-1 cm-2 serta batas deteksi dan batas kuantifikasi masing-masing sebesar 0,017 µM dan 0,051 µM. Selanjutnya sensor yang diusulkan berhasil memiliki selektivitas yang baik terhadap Mg+, Na+, glukosa, dan asam glutamat, yang menunjukkan bahwa sensor dapat bekerja maksimal pada sampel sayur brokoli. Selain itu, dari analisis sampel nyata brokoli dapat ditunjukkan bahwa %recovery yang diperoleh berkisar antara 103,8—118,62%, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk deteksi sampel sebenarnya. Analisis kinerja sensor ini menunjukkan bahwa dibandingkan dengan metode elektrokimia dan ECL umum lainnya, kinerja analitis ditemukan lebih baik dan menunjukkan bahwa sensor yang diusulkan menunjukkan kemampuan yang menjanjikan.

Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of luminol at screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) was developed to determine the concentration of folic acid in broccoli as green vegetable sample. The presence of H2O2 as co-reactant increases the ECL intensity of luminol, however, when folic acid is introduced to the proposed sensor, there is a decrease in the ECL intensity. The decreasing trend was linear to the ECL intensity of luminol-H2O2 in the concentration of 10-6-0.003 mol/L, with a sensitivity of 0.0237 a.u. µM-1 cm-2 and the detection limit and quantification limit of 0.017 µM and 0.051 µM, respectively. Furthermore, the proposed sensor has succeeded in good selectivity towards Mg+, Na+, glucose, and glutamic acid, which indicates that the sensor can work optimally on environmental samples. Moreover, from real samples analysis of broccoli it can be shown that the %recovery obtained in the range of 103,8—118,62%, suggesting that it can be used for actual sample detection. Analysis of the performance of this sensor shows that compared to other common electrochemical and ECL methods, the analytical performance."

"The existing attendance system still has drawbacks, namely the queue in front of the finger scanner, the attendance data are not integrated with Human Resources Systems, and also the employees who work outside the office cannot get in the attendance system to roll presence. In the other hand, everyone has the mobile devices and all the mobile devices will be embedded a finger scanner in the future. In this paper, it is proposed the absence system using one own device. The finger scanner and coordinate Global Position System (GPS) are used as inputs for the attendance system that integrated with payroll system and human resource management tools. Application base on android platform is developed because the android is the most platforms that have been using in the most mobile devices. Using our proposed methodology, the employee can roll presence using their mobile devices and the do not need to be in queue and the employees who work outside the office also can roll presence. Research showed that proposed methodology can be used for the next generation attendance system."
