"[Kebersihan tangan merupakan tindakan yang paling efektif dalam mencegah penularan agen patogen saat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan, namun tingkat kepatuhan kebersihan tangan perawat masih rendah. WHO meluncurkan strategi multimodal dengan salah satu strateginya adalah strategi pengingat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh poster sebagai media pengingat terhadap kepatuhan kebersihan tangan perawat pelaksana di RSPI Prof Dr Sulianti Saroso. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pre eksperimen menggunakan desain perlakuan ulang (one group pre and post test design). Sampel 34 perawat diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, uji Spearman, dan t test Independent. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada perbedaan yang bermakna terhadap kepatuhan kebersihan tangan perawat pelaksana di RSPI Prof Dr Sulianti Saroso sebelum dan setelahdilakukan intervensi (p<0,001). Disarankan pihak manajemen RS dan petugas Infection Prevention Control Nurse (IPCN) mempertahankan dan meningkatkan penggunaan media poster untuk mengingatkan perawat melakukan kebersihan tangan sehingga dapat mencegah peningkatan HAIs;Hand hygiene is the most effective measure to prevent pathogen transmission during health-care delivery, but compliance of nurses in performing hand hygiene is usuallylow. WHO developed a multimodal strategies for increasing a compliance in hand hygiene and one of the strategies are reminders strategies. "Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana seluruh elemen yang terdapat pada tiga poster WWF meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang anti perburuan liar terhadap hewan. Poster-poster yang menampilkan gambar gajah, badak, dan harimau ini diterbitkan pada 2013 dan masih dipakai sampai saat ini oleh WWF di situsnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis tekstual dengan teori Analisis Wacana Kritis yang digunakan oleh Yu dan O?Halloran (2009). Mereka fokus pada hubungan antara bahasa dan aspek semiotik pada sebuah produk. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa bahasa masih menjadi aspek paling penting dalam menyampaikan pesan, sementara elemen-elemen selain bahasa pada ketiga poster menjadi pendukung penyampaian pesan pada elemen bahasa dan menjadi pendukung diskusi tentang perburuan liar terhadap hewan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar elemen pada ketiga poster menampilkan keburukan tentang kegiatan perburuan liar terhadap hewan. Elemen-elemen pada ketiga poster membantu WWF mendorong pembaca untuk menyadari bahaya dan konsekuensi dari perburuan liar terutama terhadap ketiga hewan pada poster, sehingga masyarakat dan WWF dapat bersatu dan bekerja sama menghentikan kegiatan perburuan liar terhadap hewan.

This research paper analyzes how all the elements in three anti-poaching posters published in 2013 by WWF featuring an elephant, a rhino, and a tiger raise awareness about animal poaching activities. The main research method is textual analysis using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), specifically by Yu and O?Halloran (2009). Their objectives are focusing on the cohesiveness between the language and semiotics aspects in a product. However, the findings of this research show that language still holds the most important aspect in delivering the message while the other elements act as supports to the language and to the discussion of animal poaching. The research also shows that most of the elements in the posters reveal negativity about animal poaching. The elements help WWF in encouraging the readers to be aware of the consequences resulted from the poaching activities especially on those three animals so that people and WWF can unite and work together stopping the animal poaching activities."
