Timbal (Pb) merupakan unsur yang tidak esensial bagi tanaman, namun dapat terserap dan meracuni tanaman. Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai dampak timbal terhadap profil metabolomik tanaman jahe merah (Zingiber officinale var Rubrum.). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh timbal terhadap pertumbuhan dan profil metabolomik rimpang jahe merah. Perlakuan yang diberikan selama 1 bulan adalah PbCl2 50, 100, ... "
