"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang proses pembentukan konsep diri pada anak usia SD melalui komunikasi antarpribadi dengan guru. Dengan berlandaskan paradigma konstruktivis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana konsep diri anak usia SD terbentuk dan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhinya. Melalui teori interaksionisme simbolik, 4 tahapan pembentukan konsep diri, konsep The Johari Window, peneliti berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana self seseorang terbentuk melalui interaksi dengan orang lain, khususnya dengan significant others-nya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kaitan yang erat antara komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilakukan guru terhadap konsep diri yang terbentuk pada diri anak. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar penelitian ini bisa terus dikembangkan dengan melihat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi konsep diri seorang anak, seperti media, lingkungan, dll.

ABSTRACTThis thesis studies about self concept establishment process during elementary school ages through interpersonal communication with their teachers. Based on constructivism paradigm, this research aims to discover how the process of self concept establishes, and what influences it. Through Symbolic Interacsionism Theory, 4 stages in establishing the self concept, and The Johari Window, the researcher tried to explain how the self established by interacting with others, especially with his significant others. The result of this research shows a tight relationship between teacher?s interpersonal communication and the Elementary School student?s self concept. The researcher recommends that this research still can be developed by looking at other factors that influence children?s self concept, such as media, environtment, and etc."

"Sepak bola selalu menjadi olahraga yang paling populer di masyarakat Indonesia dan akhirnya menghasilkan banyak pecinta sepak bola. Sepak bola Indonesia sekaligus federasinya yaitu PSSI sering menjadi bahan pembicaraan berdasarkan persepsi para pecinta sepak bola. Saat ini, kinerja dari kepengurusan sekaligus ketua umum PSSI periode 2019-2023 sedang menjadi pembicaraan hangat oleh masyarakat pecinta sepak bola Indonesia di media sosial karena pergantian ketua umum sekaligus pengurus ke periode 2023-2027. Iwan Bule memiliki berbagai kinerja positif serta tindakan buruk selama masa jabatannya. Makalah ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana rasa kepercayaan yang dimiliki berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat pecinta sepak bola Indonesia kepada Iwan Bule sebagai ketua umum PSSI periode 2019-2023 serta membuktikan apakah pada akhir kepemimpinannya, Iwan Bule sudah dapat memberikan rasa puas kepada para pecinta sepak bola Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara serta pengumpulan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi daring. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa rasa kepercayaan dapat dibangun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu. Meskipun pada awal kepemimpinan Iwan Bule tidak memiliki rasa kepercayaan dari para pecinta sepak bola, namun di akhir kepemimpinannya ia berhasil mendapatkan rasa kepercayaan yang menghasilkan rasa puas dari para pecinta sepak bola Indonesia.

Football has always been the most popular sport in Indonesian society and has finally produced a lot of football lovers. At present, the performance of the management as well as general chairman of PSSI for the 2019-2023 period is being hotly discussed by Indonesian football lovers on social media due to the replacement of the general chairman as well as administrators for the 2023-2027 period. Iwan Bule has had various positive performances as well as bad actions during his tenure. This study aims to find out how trust is held based on the perceptions of Indonesian football lovers in Iwan Bule as the general chairman of PSSI for the 2019-2023 period and to prove whether at the end of his leadership, Iwan Bule has been able to give satisfaction to Indonesian football lovers. By combining literature studies and qualitative content analysis, this study found that trust can be built over time. Even though at the beginning of Iwan Bule's leadership he did not have a sense of trust from football lovers, at the end of his leadership he managed to gain a sense of trust which resulted in satisfaction from Indonesian football lovers."
