Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap organisasi di Bank X Syariah pada cabang "A". Berdasarkan data awal yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan di Bank X Syariah perlu mendapat peningkatan.
