Studi pembuatan partikel nano Cu2O dengan metode mechanical trapping = Study of synthesis of Cu2O nano particle by mechanical trapping method

" ABSTRAK
Partikel yang diperoleh hasil mechanical milling pada umummnya masih dalam orde mikro meskipun sudah berstruktur nano. Pengalaman milling dengau HEM-E3D, ukuran partikel berkisar pada 400 nm ke atas yang disebabkan terjadinya aglomerasi. Metoda baru mechanical trapping dilcembangkan untuk memperoleh partikel nano tunggal. Mechanical trapping merupakan penghancuran partikel partikel yang dituju dikondisikan terjebak atau dilapisi oleh partikel lain. Pada penelitian ini digunakan NaCl sebagai matrik penjebak. Hasil XRD menunjukkan bahwa partilcel Cu2O murni yang di mechanical milling selama 2 jam telah berstuktur nano ... "
