Perlakuan salah dan kekerasan merupakan permasalah sosial yang berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan psikososial lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi penanganan trauma program Pusat Penanganan Trauma Lanjut Usia PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam evaluasi formatif untuk dapat melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan program tersebut. Gangguan jiwa secara keseluruhan diprediksikan akan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pasien dengan masalah gangguan jiwa berat seperti skizofrenia seringkali melakukan perilaku kekerasan.
