"Bagian 1 Analisis Situasi: Lingkungan hidup tidak bisa terpisahkan dari manusia karena lingkungan sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia, sehingga manusia perlu melestarikan lingkungan hidup. Kelestarian lingkungan hidup merupakan tanggung jawab semua lapisan masyarakat, termasuk generasi muda yang merupakan agen perubahan di negara ini. Namun, kesadaran generasi muda akan melestarikan lingkungan hidup sangat minim karena pengetahuan akan lingkungan hidup sangat minim juga. Oleh karena itu, dengan dibuatnya program feature "TraxGreen Spotlight" di radio Trax FM dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kesadaran anak muda betapa pentingnya melestarikan lingkungan hidup.
Bagian 2 Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe: Manfaat bagi khalayak: pendengar dapat mengetahui dan menambah wawasan mengenai lingkungan hidup. Manfaat bagi pengelola: menimbulkan citra positif bagi stasiun radio Trax FM karena menyiarkan sebuah program yang bersifat mengangkat lingkungan hidup Indonesia Tujuan secara sosial: membentuk generasi muda yang peduli dan cinta terhadap lingkungan hidup Indonesia. Tujuan secara politik: menjadi data atau referensi pemerintah dalam menentukan program kerja pemerintah dalam gerakan peduli lingkungan.
Bagian 3 Prototipe yang Dikembangkan: Program ini berjudul "TraxGreen Spotlight", berformat feature, secara spesifik mengangkat isu tema lingkungan hidup di Indonesia, direncanakan untuk ditayangkan di radio TraxFM setiap hari Senin pukul 16.15 WIB selama 10 menit pada acara "Skuldesak". Program ini akan disiarkan ulang sebanyak dua kali dalam seminggu pada program yang berbeda, yaitu pada program "Morning Zone" hari Rabu pukul 07.15 WIB dan pada program "ClubSky" hari Jumat pukul 23.10 WIB. Program ini ditargetkan untuk khalayak anak muda yang berusia 15 - 25 tahun dengan S.E.S A dan B.
Bagian 4 Evaluasi: Pre-test terhadap prototipe akan dilakukan sebelum siaran dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang terdiri dari 20 pendengar Trax FM berusia 15 ? 25 tahun; menggunakan instrumen berupa Panduan FGD dan dilakukan setelah prototipe selesai dibuat. Evaluasi akan dilakukan setelah program disiarkan; dilakukan baik secara aktif maupun pasif. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah survei via telepon untuk evaluasi produksi dan kualitas program serta khalayak.

Jumlah total anggaran pembuatan promosi program: Rp 84.000
Jumlah total biaya produksi selama 13 mingggu: Rp 5.304.000

Part 1 Situation Analysis: Environment cannot be separated from human beings because it is very vital for human's life, so we need to preserve the environment very carefully. The environment preservation is our responsibility, altogether, especially the young generation as the agent of change in this country. Nowadays, young people are less aware to preserve the environment because in fact they are also lack of information and knowledge of doing so. Therefore, presenting feature program TraxGreen Spotlight in Trax FM hopefully can give information, and increase the awareness of young generation about the importance of preserving the environment.
Part 2 The Advantages and the Purposes of Prototype Development: The advantages to listeners: listeners can find out and increase knowledge of Indonesia's environment. The advantages for the radio station: create a positive image for the Trax FM radio station for broadcasting a program which promotes Indonesia?s environment. Purposes: socially, to establish young generation to be more aware and to love the environment wholeheartedly. Politically, it is used to be data or references for goverment to establish many programs of caring and preserving the evironment.
Part 3 The Developed Prototype: The program "TraxGreen Spotlight", is formatted as a feature, specifically to raise the local environmental issues as the main theme. The program is planned to be broadcasted on radio Trax FM every Monday at 4.15 pm for 10 minutes on the program "Skuldesak" and will be re-run twice a week in different programs every Wednesday at 07.15 am on the program "Morning Zone" and Friday at 23.10 pm on the program "ClubSky". This program is targeted for young people aged 15-25 years with Social and Economic Class A and B.
Part 4 The Evaluation: Pre-test of prototype will be performed before the program is aired, by using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, in which it is consisted of 20 listeners of Trax FM aged 15-25 years; the instrument that will be used is the form of FGD guide, and will be done after the prototype is made. Evaluation will be done after the program is aired. It will be done either actively or passively. The methods to be used: a telephone survey for the evaluation of production, examining the quality of programs by the audiences evaluation.

BAGIAN SATU ANALISIS SITUASI
Budaya merupakan sesuatu yang harus dipelajari. Sebagai generasi penerus pemuda perlu mempelajari budaya. Televisi lokal berperan penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan budaya-budaya yang berbeda-beda. Namun, program budaya untuk pemuda di TV lokal Bali masih sedikit. Padahal hasil riset menunjukkan terdapat permintaan untuk itu. Kesimpulannya, ada peluang untuk program budaya untuk pemuda.
BAGIAN DUA MANFAAT DAN TUJUAN PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTYPE
Manfaat program ini adalah menambah tayangan baru tentang budaya untuk pemuda. Program ini juga memberikan wawasan mengenai budaya. Program ini bertujuan agar pemuda dapat menambah wawasan tentang budaya serta membantu menumbuhkan kepedulian terhadap budaya.
BAGIAN TIGA PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTYPE
Episode prototype bertopik babi guling khas Bali. Episode ini membahas babi guling sebagai sesajen serta babi guling sebagai makanan yang dijual di rumah makan serta faktor apa yang mempengaruhi transisi tersebut.
BAGIAN EMPAT EVALUASI
Pre-test dilakukan melalui metode Mini Theatre yang dihadiri 15 remaja berusia 15-24 tahun. Evaluasi internal dilakukan berkala pada setiap tahap pembuatan melalui diskusi. Evaluasi eksternal dilakukan di akhir musim.
BAGIAN LIMA ANGGARAN
Anggaran pembuatan prototype adalah Rp 325.400,00. Anggaran pembuatan program per episode mencapai Rp 5.850.000. Anggaran pembuatan untuk satu musim adalah Rp 23.015.200,00. Perkiraan pendapatan maksimal melalui penjualan iklan per episode adalah Rp 8.400.000,00. Perkiraan keuntungan per episode adalah Rp Rp 2.550.000. Perkiraan pendapatan maksimal melalui penjualan iklan untuk satu musim sebesar Rp 33.150.000

ABSTRACT
PART ONE SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS
Culture is learned. It is important for youth as the next generation to learn its culture. Local TV station can play a critical role in serving the different needs of different cultures. However cultural program for youth in Balinese local TV stations is limited. Research shows that youth are willing to watch cultural programs. This can be seen as an opportunity for cultural programs to be made.
PART TWO BENEFITS AND GOALS
The benefit of this program is to add a new cultural programs for youth. This program also shares knowledge about culture. This program aim to share knowledge about culture and encourage awareness.
PART THREE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROTOTYPE
The prototype episode is Balinese traditional suckling pig. This episode discuss how suckling pig is used as an offering, how it is used as food sold in restaurant, and factors that influenced it.
PART FOUR EVALUATION
Pretest for the prototype will be held by mini theatre test participated by 15 youth aged 15-24 years old. Evaluation is also conducted internally and externally. Internally, it'll be held periodically according to the stage of production. External evaluation will be held at the end of the season.

This prototype cost Rp 325.400,00. The budget for an actual episode is Rp 5.850.000. The budget a whole season is Rp 23.015.200,00. The maximum expected advertisement revenue per episode is Rp 8.400.000,00. The expected revenue per episode is Rp 2.550.000. "ABSTRAK
Tugas Karya Akhir ini merupakan tiga webisode prototype dari web series mengenai cyberbullying yang terjadi di lingkungan remaja. Pembuatan tiga webisode prototype ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan advokasi akan bahaya mengumbar konten yang mengandung privasi serta mengumbar opini dan pernyataan pribadi yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya cyberbullying. Selain itu, tayangan ini juga memiliki manfaat sebagai sarana evaluasi bagi perilaku remaja di media sosial. Adapun target khalayak sasaran tayangan ini adalah remaja laki-laki maupun perempuan berumur 12-18 tahun serta orang tua yang memiliki anak umur 12-18 tahun, yang merupakan pengguna internet aktif. Tayangan ini memiliki format drama fiksi single cam yang terinspirasi dari kisah nyata dan menggunakan Youtube sebagai media sharing.

ABSTRACT
The Final Works Assignment is a prototype of a three web series webisode about cyberbullying that occurs in teens circle. The making of three webisode of this prototype aims to provide education and advocacy about the dangers of sharing contents containing privacy and indulgence opinions and personal statements that can lead to cyberbullying. In addition, the project also has benefits as a means of evaluating the behavior of adolescents in social media. The target audience of this project is adolescent, males and females, aged 12-18 years and parents who have children aged 12-18 years, who are active using Internet. This project has a single cam format. It's fictional drama inspired by the true story and use the media sharing site YouTube as a medium for sharing.

"What would a synthetic theory of digital, media and information Literacy (DMIL) look like? Radical information literacy presents, for the first time, a theory of DMIL that synthesises the diversity of perspectives and positions on DMIL, both in the classroom and the workplace, and within the informal learning processes of society. This title is based on original analysis of how decisions are made about the relevance of information and the other resources used in learning, showing how society has privileged objective approaches (used in rule-based decision making) to the detriment of subjective and intersubjective perspectives which promote individual and community contexts. The book goes on to analyse the academic and popular DMIL literature, showing how the field may have been, consciously or unwittingly, complicit in the ‘objectification’ of learning and the disempowerment of individuals and communities. Alternative ways of conceiving the subject are then presented, towards a reversal of these trends."
