"Pertumbuhan populasi yang pesat di Indonesia telah meningkatkan permintaan akan infrastruktur yang aman dan efisien, termasuk gedung bertingkat. Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di sektor konstruksi menjadi perhatian utama, dengan lebih dari 370.000 kasus tercatat pada tahun 2023. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi proses audit yang mengintegrasikan BIM (Building Information Modeling) dengan WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan standar WBS dan RKK (Rencana Keselamatan Konstruksi) untuk proyek rancang bangun gedung bertingkat, serta mengembangkan sistem informasi audit keselamatan berbasis BIM yang terintegrasi dengan WBS. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendekatan studi kasus, analisis arsip, dan validasi dari para ahli. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan pakar keselamatan konstruksi, serta analisis dokumen-dokumen terkait seperti Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 10 Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi proses audit yang mengintegrasikan BIM dengan WBS dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan konstruksi. Sistem ini memastikan setiap tahap proyek berjalan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan yang ditetapkan, mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja, dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas manajemen proyek.

The rapid population growth in Indonesia has increased the demand for safe and efficient infrastructure, including high-rise buildings. The high number of workplace accidents in the construction sector, with more than 370,000 cases recorded in 2023, is a major concern. To address these issues, this study develops an audit process information system that integrates BIM (Building Information Modeling) with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). The study aims to identify and develop standards for WBS and RKK (Construction Safety Plan) for high-rise building design projects, and to develop a BIM-based safety audit information system integrated with WBS. The methodology used in this study includes a case study approach, archival analysis, and expert validation. Data were collected through surveys and interviews with construction safety experts, as well as analysis of relevant documents such as the Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The findings indicate that the development of an audit process information system integrating BIM with WBS can significantly improve construction safety performance. This system ensures that each project stage complies with established safety standards, reduces the risk of workplace accidents, and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of project management."
