Lack of energy and protein are related to intellectual development. Kulonprogo district is the highest prevalence of undernourishment and malnutrition district in the province of Yogyakarta. In public health center Kokap 1 there were many toddler with PEM. The study aims to describe the development of children aged 1-5 years with a history of PEM. Eighty-five children with a history of undernourishment and malnutrition were screened with the Denver II to determine the normal development or suspected. Weight were copied from the grow-chart. I found 36.5% suspected. About 57.1% of suspects found in children who begin to nutritional disorders at age 1-6 months, 61.9% of children with more than half of their age within nutritional disorders were suspected, 64% of children who had experienced malnutrition were suspected. LBW, premature, and was born without spontaneous labor were related to suspect development delay. The earlier a nutritional disorder, the longer experiencing undernourishment nutrition and malnutrition likely to delay development. I recommend to give therapy and developmental stimulation to the PEM infants and toddlers. Further studies needed toexplore the situation with more subjects."

ABSTRACT
Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure CIAF with SpatialAnalysis in KalimantanCounsellor Dr. Martya Rahmaniati, S.Si., M.Si.Background The Composite Index of Anthropometric Failure CIAF is a composite index ofmalnutrition that is divided into seven indicators. Risk factors of CIAF are exclusivebreastfeeding, Universal Child Immunization UCI villages, avaibility of latrines, poverty, maternal education level, active integrated service post, and employment status of toddlermothers. This study was conducted to determine the variables that affect lokally and globally andto know the differences in factors that predict CIAF in each district that affect spatial malnutritionincidence in infants. Method This study used a quantitative approach using cross sectional studydesign. The research analysis used spatial analysis using MGWR. Results The result of F value F table 0,47 t table 0.025 49 2,009 . MGWR analysis for CIAF resulted in a 52.56 so this model is strongto describe the variation of CIAF in Kalimantan Conclusion The variables that have spatialvariability in lokal area are low education maternal education variable and active activeintegrated service post, while analysis result in Kalimantan no spatial variability. Factors of lowlevel of maternal education and active integrated service post, become predictors of CIAFincidence. Maternal education level is significant across districts, while avtive integrated servicepost is significantly active in 14 district municipalities. Keywords CIAF, malnutrition, MGWR, spatial"

"Anak usia 0-23 tahun merupakan masa golden period namun sangat rentan mengalami kurang gizi yang akan mengganggu pertumbuhan baik fisik maupun otak anak. Gangguan pertumbuhan pada masa ini bersifat irreversible. Penyakit infeksi menjadi salah satu penyebab langsung anak mengalami kekurangan gizi.

Children aged 0-23 years are the golden period but are very vulnerable to malnutrition which will interfere with the growth of both the physical and brain of the child. Growth disturbance at this time is irreversible. Infectious diseases are one of the direct causes of children experiencing malnutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between infectious diseases (ARI, diarrhea, helminthiasis, measles, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia) with wasting and underweight in children aged 0-23 months in Indonesia. This study used a cross-sectional study design using SSGI 2021 data with a total sample of 32,084 toddlers. In the results of the study the proportion of underweight was 14.32%, wasting was 9.56% and infectious disease was 31.54%. Children with a history of infection had a 1.03 times higher risk of wasting than children without a history of infectious disease after controlling for birth weight and IMD variables and were not statistically significant. Meanwhile, children with infectious diseases had a 1.1 times (95% CI: 1.00-1.14) higher risk of being underweight than children without a history of infectious diseases after controlling for the variables of child's age and birth weight and statistically significant."
