" this article attempts to present the result of the content analysis study about the news characteristics of general assembly of people consultative body in 1999 on newspaper, which were published by suara pembaharuan and suara karya in october 1999. the result of observation shows that report about general assembly 1999-2004 periods announcement are 992 items. the news presentation type were more dominant. there are 15 sources of information in observation. more dominany on first page. ... " Corak bangunan sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia dewasa ini sangat bervariatif, hal itu berimplikasi pada pergeseran fungsi, kewenangan dan kedudukan organ-organ Negara dalam hierarki Peraturan Perundang-undangan.
