Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemahiran berbicara siswa melalui metode diskusi kelompok berdasarkan tipe kepribadian dan kemahiran berbicara siswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada salah satu universitas negeri di Jawa Timur dengan melibatkan 35 siswa. Peneliti hanya berfokus pada siswa introver yang memiliki kemampuan berbicara rendah.
