Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap layanan perpustakaan SMA Al-Azhar yang meliputi 5 dimensi SERVQUAL dan mengidentifikasi kendala apa saja yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaan perpustakaan.
