yang mengadili terdakwa SM. Melalui putusan tersebut
SM dinyatakan tidak bersalah dan dibebaskan serta
mendapat ganti rugi sebesar lima juta rupiah setelah
menjalani hukuman kurungan selama tiga belas bulan
atas perbuatan yang tidak dilakukannya. Pada putusan
pengadilan di tingkat pertama dan banding ia dinyatakan
bersalah dan menjalani hukuman. Nilai keadilan yang
sesungguhnya harusnya memperhatikan kerugian
