"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis novel Budi Darma yang berjudul Rafilus. Budi Darma adalah salah satu sastrawan Indonesia yang pengaruhnya paling besar pada masanya karena ia dianggap salah satu pengusung stilistika absurditas. Maka dari itu, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis stilistika yang dikaitkan dengan definisi-definisi absurditas maupun postrealitas. Problematika sosial yang terjadi di Indonesia telah ditulis oleh Budi Darma dengan gayanya yang postrealis. Dalam novel ini, Budi Darma menanamkan pemahaman absurditas dan teknik penceritaan yang magis.

The aim of this study is to analyze Rafilus novel by Budi Darma. Budi Darma is one of Indonesian novelists who has the biggest influence at his time. It is because he is reputed as a novelist who carries the stylistics of absurdity. Consequently, the method which is used in this study is the analysis of stylistics method. This method is related with some definitions of absurdity and post-realist. In addition, social problem which is happened in Indonesia is written by Budi Darma’s post-realist style. In this novel, Budi Darma cover the understanding of absurdity and his narration method which magical."
