" Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap nilai pasar dan kinerja perusahaan asuransi kerugian pada periode 2007 - 2011. Model yang digunakan ialah VAICTM oleh Pulic selanjutnya dikembangkan dalam penelitian Chen et al. dengan menambahkan variabel modal pelanggan.
