Statistic model is -3.025 + 0.993* Age 35-60 year + 0.663* Marrital status + 0.881 * mental disorder + 0,679* obese central + 0.429* environmental exposure. Qualitative results showed a lack of knowledge about the causes, symptoms, prevention, and how to detect or treat of hypertension that require long and continuous. This is supported from the implementing recognition programs, the placement of non-communicable diseases program which is a huge umbrella of prevention of hypertension remains unclear. So in the implementation of prevention is still passive. Availability for drugs at health facilities for treatment of non-communicable diseases is not enough; this is a problem in the program to reduce the prevalence of hypertension diseases. So it needs the support of decree of the issue of hypertension by Ministry of Health on inter-sector coordination."
