"Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh perkembangan Fintech terhadap tingkat risiko bank umum di negara anggota ASEAN-5 periode 2014 sampai 2021. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 74 bank umum yang terletak di Indonesia, Singapura, Malaysia, Filipina, dan Thailand. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perkembangan Fintech menyebabkan risiko bank umum meningkat, secara khusus pada bank berukuran besar dan kecil, bank efisiensi rendah, bank pendapatan non-bunga tinggi, dan bank shadow banking rendah. Meskipun begitu, tingkat risiko bank umum tidak terpengaruh oleh perkembangan Fintech yang lebih lanjut. Ketika Fintech sudah semakin berkembang, bank mampu mengejar ketertinggalannya dari Fintech sehingga tingkat risikonya menurun.

This study aims to analyze the impact of Fintech development on commercial banks' risk levels in the ASEAN-5 countries from 2014 to 2021. The study included a sample from 74 commercial banks in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. The research found that Fintech development increases banks' risk levels, especially in banks with big and small sizes, low efficiency, high non-interest income, and low shadow banking. However, bank risk levels are not affected by the further development of Fintech. When Fintech is growing even further, banks are able to catch up with Fintech development so that the risk levels decrease.

"Jumlah layanan keuangan berbasis digital atau yang dikenal dengan istilah fintech (financial technology) mengalami pertumbuhan setiap tahunnya. Menurut Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), fintech di Indonesia dikelompokkan menjadi dua yaitu fintech berbasis konvensional serta syariah. Perkembangan fintech berbasis konvensional saat ini lebih pesat dibandingkan dengan fintech berbasis syariah. Pertumbuhan serta penggunaan fintech berbasis syariah dari tahun ke tahun masih belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Di sisi lain, pemerintah Indonesia memiliki target sebagai pusat ekonomi syariah terbesar di dunia salah satunya melalui penetrasi fintech berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor religiositas (intrinsic religiosity dan extrinsic religiosity) serta literasi keuangan berbasis syariah (sharia knowledge dan sharia implementation) terhadap niat untuk menggunakan fintech berbasis syariah. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convergent mixed – method yaitu penghimpunan data kualitatif serta kuantitatif dilakukan secara pararel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah open-ended question yang bersifat kualitatif beserta kuesioner yang berisi faktor – faktor mengenai niat untuk menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis syariah yang bersifat kuantitatif dengan skala likert 5 tingkatan. Media penghimpunan data menggunakan aplikasi google form yang disebarkan melalui media sosial. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 159 responden dengan kriteria pernah menggunakan aplikasi fintech berbasis syariah yang telah terdaftar di OJK. Analisis kualitatif menggunakan teknik thematic analysis (analisis tematik) sedangkan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equational Model) dengan software SMART-PLS4. Setelah diperoleh hasil kualitatif beserta kuantitatif, kemudian dilakukan penarikan hubungan antara hasil kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor intrinsic religiosity serta extrinsic religiosity memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap social influence, sedangkan sharia knowledge serta sharia implementation memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap credibility, knowledge, serta perceived benefit. Namun niat untuk menggunakan atau intention to use hanya dipengaruhi oleh social influence serta perceived benefit. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi mengenai konsep religiositas serta literasi keuangan syariah terhadap niat untuk menggunakan layanan fintech berbasis syariah pada penelitian selanjutnya. Konsep religiositas serta literasi keuangan syariah ini juga diharapkan dapat bermanfaat kepada pengguna fintech syariah, penyedia layanan, serta pemangku kepentingan untuk dapat saling berkontribusi meningkatkan penetrasi fintech syariah di Indonesia.

The number of digital-based financial services, known as fintech (financial technology), has been growing every year. According to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), fintech in Indonesia is classified into two categories: conventional fintech and sharia-based fintech. The development of conventional fintech is currently progressing more rapidly compared to sharia-based fintech. The growth and usage of sharia-based fintech from year to year are still not as expected. On the other hand, the Indonesian government aims to become the world's largest center for sharia economy, partly through the penetration of sharia-based fintech. This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity factors (intrinsic religiosity and extrinsic religiosity) and sharia-based financial literacy (sharia knowledge and sharia implementation) on the intention to use sharia-based fintech. The research uses the convergent mixed-method technique, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection conducted in parallel. The research instruments consist of open-ended questions for qualitative data and a questionnaire containing factors related to the intention to use sharia-based fintech, measured on a 5-level Likert scale, for quantitative data. Data was collected using the Google Form application distributed through social media. The research obtained 159 respondents who have used sharia-based fintech applications registered with the OJK. The qualitative analysis used thematic analysis, while the quantitative analysis utilized PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares - Structural Equational Model) with SMART-PLS4 software. After obtaining qualitative and quantitative results, a relationship between the two sets of data was drawn. The research results indicate that intrinsic religiosity and extrinsic religiosity have a significant influence on social influence, while sharia knowledge and sharia implementation have a significant influence on credibility, knowledge, and perceived benefit. However, the intention to use is only influenced by social influence and perceived benefit. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of religiosity and sharia financial literacy concepts related to the intention to use sharia-based fintech in further research. These concepts are also expected to be beneficial to sharia fintech users, service providers, and stakeholders to mutually contribute to increasing the penetration of sharia-based fintech in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh customer experience terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi fintech investasi di Indonesia. Transformasi radikal di sektor keuangan, dipicu oleh perkembangan fintech, telah mengubah cara masyarakat mengakses layanan keuangan dengan menyediakan sistem transaksi yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi customer experience, termasuk ease of use, perceived value, customer support, perceived risk, speed dan perceived firm innovativeness, serta pengaruhnya terhadap loyalty intention. Data dikumpulkan dari 301 responden pengguna aplikasi fintech investasi di Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan, nilai yang dirasakan, jaminan keamanan, kecepatan layanan, dan inovasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer experience. Customer experience juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat loyalitas pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan fintech investasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka dan memperkuat ikatan dengan pelanggan.

This research explores the influence of customer experience on user loyalty of investment fintech apps in Indonesia. The radical transformation in the financial sector, triggered by the development of fintech, has changed the way people access financial services by providing a more efficient transaction system. This study focuses on the factors that influence customer experience, including ease of use, perceived value, customer support, perceived risk, speed and perceived firm innovativeness, and their influence on loyalty intention. Data were collected from 301 respondents of investment fintech application users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that ease of use, perceived value, security assurance, service speed, and company innovation have a significant influence on customer experience. Customer experience is also proven to have a significant effect on user loyalty intentions. The findings provide insights for investment fintech companies to improve their service quality and strengthen bonds with customers."

Dalam bisnis perbankan, penggunaan bank digital terus meningkat seperti yang tercatat pada laba/rugi bersih bank digital di Indonesia pada semester I-2023 terlihat bahwa mayoritas emiten bank digital di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang positif. Layanan teknologi informasi dalam dunia fintech (financial technology) ini cukup baru sehingga studi terkait bank digital masih sangat terbatas terutama pembahasan terkait keberlanjutan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan harapan agar dapat menambah wawasan baru mengenai fintech post adoption. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam terkait loyalitas yang merangkum keinginan untuk terus menggunakan dan penggunaan nyata bank digital. Data identifikasi variabel penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 13 narasumber pengguna bank digital dan dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk membuat model survei yang diisi secara valid oleh 491 responden dan data diolah menggunakan covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM). Data konfirmasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 11 narasumber yang diambil dari responden survei dan dianalisis dengan content analysis. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua perspektif utama yaitu user satisfaction dengan faktor-faktor eksternal (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, convenience value, economic benefits, integration, perceived aesthetics) dan personal innovativeness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perceived aesthetics memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use penggunaan bank digital, (2) perceived aesthetics dan perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness penggunaan bank digital, (3) perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, dan integration memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction penggunaan bank digital, sedangkan convenience value, economic benefits, dan perceived aesthetics tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction penggunaan bank digital, (4) satisfaction dan personal innovativeness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention penggunaan bank digital, dan (5) continuance intention memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap actual usage penggunaan bank digital. Untuk meningkatkan intensi keberlanjutan penggunaan, penyedia layanan bank digital harus fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan proaktif dalam mengadopsi teknologi serta fitur inovatif.

In the banking business, the use of digital banks continues to increase as recorded in the net profit/loss of digital banks in Indonesia in the first semester of 2023, where it appears that the majority of digital bank issuers in Indonesia experienced positive growth. Information technology services in this financial technology (fintech) world are relatively new, so studies related to digital banks are still very limited, especially discussions regarding the continuance of their use. Therefore, the authors conducted this research in the hope of gaining new insights regarding fintech post-adoption. This research uses a mixed-method approach to gain an in-depth understanding of loyalty, which encapsulates the continuance intention to use and actual use of digital banks. Research variable identification data was collected through interviews with 13 digital bank user respondents and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis were used to create a survey model that was validly filled out by 491 respondents, and the data was processed using covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). Confirmation data was collected through interviews with 11 respondents taken from the survey respondents and analyzed using content analysis. This research uses two main perspectives, namely user satisfaction with external factors (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, convenience value, economic benefits, integration, perceived aesthetics) and personal innovativeness. The research results show that (1) perceived aesthetics have a significant influence on the perceived ease of use of digital bank usage, (2) perceived aesthetics and perceived ease of use have a significant influence on the perceived usefulness of digital bank usage, (3) perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and integration have a significant influence on satisfaction with digital bank usage, while convenience value, economic benefits, and perceived aesthetics do not have a significant influence on satisfaction with digital bank usage, (4) satisfaction and personal innovativeness have a significant influence on continuance intention of digital bank usage, and (5) continuance intention has a significant influence on actual usage of digital banks. "Transaksi elektronik pada era dijital saat ini telah menjadi sebuah aktifitas umum, meliputi kegiatan transaksi jual beli, kegiatan investasi, dan sebagainya. Transaksi elektronik menggunakan dompet dijital yang sudah dikenal di Indonesia seperti OVO, Go-Pay dan Dana umumnya memberitahukan hasil pembayaran atau promo melalui push notifications atau notifikasi. Notifikasi ini terdiri dari 2, yakni notifikasi yang berasal dari dalam dan luar perangkat. Notifikasi yang berasal dari dalam perangkat dapat berupa notifikasi pembayaran dan notifikasi cashback. Notifikasi yang berasal dari luar perangkat dapat berupa notifikasi promo dan notifikasi lain-lain, seperti gamifikasi dan sebagainya. Dari observasi notifikasi beberapa dompet dijital tersebut, diturunkan sebuah desain generik arsitektur yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk mengirimkan notifikasi ke perangkat yang tersedia. Berdasarkan desain generik ini, dihasilkan sebuah ran- cangan arsitektur umum untuk platform notifikasi yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan perancangan pengembang aplikasi. Pengimplementasian dilakukan dengan bantuan dengan menggunakan framework Django, RabbitMQ, dan aplikasi berbasis Android Native. Dari hasil pengujian atas implementasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa implementasi tersebut dapat memenuhi beberapa skenario generik kebutuhan perusahaan industri fintech berdasarkan observasi notifikasi yang telah dilakukan.

Electronic transactions in this era have been a mundane activity, which covers buying, selling, investing and etc. Electronic transactions that used three of the well-known e-wallets in Indonesia, which are OVO, Go-Pay and Dana, usually informs their user about transaction outcomes and promotions are through push notifications. Push Notifications consist of 2 types, notifications which came from the device, and which were not from the device itself. Notification which came from the device itself may consist of transaction notifications and cashback or points notifications. Notification which were not from the device itself are may consist of promotion notifications and other types of notifications, which could cover gamifications, updates, etc. From the analysis of notifications, a generic architecture design which has a capability of sending notifications to devices is created. Based on the generic architecture design, a common architecture draft for notification platforms is created with the goal of simplifying app developers’ drafts. There are several technologies are used when implementing the design, such as Django framework, RabbitMQ, and Android Native based application. As a result of testing of the implementation, the draft successfully achieved several scenarios of payment and cashback notifications based on the observations on the use cases of fintech industries."

"Di era perkembangan teknologi keuangan saat ini, fokus perlindungan data pribadi menjadi hal yang sangat penting terutama setelah banyaknya kasus kebocoran data pribadi dan penyalahgunaan data pribadi, hal tersebut berkaitan pula dengan kemampuan literasi privasi dari setiap masyarakatnya dalam hal perilaku berbagi khususnya kepada platform teknologi keuangan (fintech). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh literasi privasi terhadap kesadaran pengguna fintech dalam mengelola data pribadi dan perilaku berbagi informasi. Pedekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data primer. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dan didapat 263 responden sebagai data primer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik yang diawali dengan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, dimana setelah keduanya memnuhi syarat kelayakan maka kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Regresi linear diujikan antara variabel literasi privasi terhadap kesadaran data pribadi serta perilaku berbagi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi profesi terhadap kesadaran data pribadi pengguna fintech, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan juga terjadi antara literasi televisi terhadap perilaku berbagi informasi pengguna fintech dan terakhir terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan juga antara kesadaran data pribadi terhadap perilaku berbagi informasi.

In the current era of financial technology development, the focus on protecting personal data has become very important, especially after the many cases of personal data leakage and misuse of Personal data. This is also related to the privacy literacy capabilities of each community in terms of sharing behavior, especially on financial technology (fintech) platforms. This research aims to measure the influence of Privacy Literacy on Fintech Users' Awareness in Managing Personal Data and Information Sharing Behavior. The approach used is quantitative, with a survey method that uses questionnaires to collect primary data. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, and 263 respondents were obtained as primary data. The data analysis technique uses parametric statistics, which begins with a classic assumption test consisting of a normality test and a linearity test, where after both have fulfilled the eligibility requirements, it is then continued with simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing with the help of SPSS 24. Linear regression is tested between the privacy literacy variable and personal data awareness and information sharing behavior. The results of the research show that 1) there is a significant influence between professional literacy on the awareness of personal data of fintech users, 2) there is also a significant influence between television literacy on the information sharing behavior of fintech users, and finally, there is also a significant influence between awareness of personal data on information sharing behavior.

"Layanan e-wallet telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan di Indonesia selama sembilan tahun terakhir dan menjadi tren yang berkembang pesat. E-Wallet memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan transaksi online tanpa perlu menggunakan uang tunai atau kartu fisik dengan hanya melakukan autentikasi pembayaran menggunakan PIN. Sebagai sistem yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat saat ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan transaksi dan pembayaran secara digital, e-wallet menghadapi isu keamanan dan privasi data dari PIN dengan membuat metode autentikasi biometrik. Meskipun begitu, belum banyak pengguna yang beralih menggunakan biometrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang menjadi pengaruh atas niat pengguna dalam beralih menggunakan biometrik (switching intention) di dalam autentikasi pembayaran e-wallet. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara terhadap 15 narasumber dan survei terhadap 441 responden. Pengolahan data kualitatif menggunakan metode grounded theory. Sementara itu, pengolahan data kuantitatif menggunakan metode partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system reliability, secure comfortability dari faktor pull berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi pengguna terkait manfaat biometrik (perceived usefulness). Sementara itu, perceived inconvenience dan perceived vulnerability dari faktor push tidak berpengaruh. Selanjutnya, variabel facilitating conditions, habit, social influence, dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap switching intention sementara personal innovativeness tidak. Terakhir, niat beralih pengguna berpengaruh terhadap sikap berpindah pengguna. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu platform e-wallet dalam merancang strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan fitur biometrik dalam autentikasi pembayaran e-wallet.

E-Wallet services have experienced significant growth in Indonesia over the past nine years, becoming a rapidly growing trend. E-Wallets allow users to perform online transactions without the need for cash or physical cards by simply authenticating payments using a PIN. As the most widely used system by the public today for fulfilling digital transaction and payment needs, e-wallets face data security and privacy issues related to pins by implementing biometric authentication methods. However, not many users have switched to using biometrics. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing users' intentions to switch to biometric authentication (switching intention) in e-wallet payment authentication. Data collection was conducted through interviews with 15 informants and surveys of 441 respondents. Qualitative data analysis was performed using grounded theory, while quantitative data analysis utilized partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that system reliability and secure comfortability, from the pull factors, significantly affect users' perceptions of the usefulness of biometrics (perceived usefulness). Meanwhile, perceived inconvenience and perceived vulnerability, from the push factors, have no significant effect. Furthermore, the variables facilitating conditions, habit, social influence, and perceived usefulness significantly influence switching intention, while personal innovativeness does not. Finally, users' switching intention influences their switching behavior. These findings are expected to assist e-wallet platforms in designing effective strategies to enhance biometric features in e-wallet payment authentication."

"Pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia berdampak signifikan pada sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Kebijakan physical distancing dan dorongan untuk beraktivitas dari rumah memaksa masyarakat beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan penggunaan layanan digital e-health, e-learning, dan e-wallet pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Model eksploratif dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi Expectation-Confirmation Model, dengan tambahan konstruk dari kerangka kerja Task Technology Fit, trust, dan habit yang diadaptasi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Responden terdiri dari 312 pengguna ketiga layanan tersebut yang telah menggunakan layanan ini sejak pandemi COVID-19. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa task characteristics, technology characteristics, task-technology fit, confirmation, dan satisfaction memengaruhi niat keberlanjutan penggunaan pada semua layanan yang diteliti. Namun, terdapat perbedaan hasil pada keterhubungan antara perceived usefulness dan continuance intention pada layanan e-wallet yang ditolak, serta trust dan continuance intention pada layanan e-health yang juga ditolak. Faktor yang tidak terbukti hipotesisnya pada seluruh layanan yang diteliti adalah hubungan antara trust dengan satisfaction dan habit dengan continuance intention. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan di Indonesia untuk membandingkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat pengguna dalam melanjutkan penggunaan layanan digital pada berbagai jenis layanan.

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has significantly impacted the health, education, and economic sectors. Physical distancing policies and the push for home-based activities have compelled society to adapt to digital technologies. This study aims to explore the factors influencing the users continuance intention to use digital services such as e-health, e-learning, and e-wallets post-COVID-19 in Indonesia. The exploratory model in this study adopts the Expectation-Confirmation Model, supplemented with constructs from the Task Technology Fit framework, trust, and habit, adapted from previous research. Respondents consist of 312 users of these three services who have used them since the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicate that task characteristics, technology characteristics, task-technology fit, confirmation, and satisfaction influence the sustained intention to use across all services studied. However, there were differences in the relationships, with the relationship between perceived usefulness and continuance intention being rejected for e-wallets, and the relationship between trust and continuance intention being rejected for e-health services. Factors that did not prove their hypotheses across all services studied are the relationships between trust and satisfaction and between habit and continuance intention. This study can enrich as a reference in Indonesia for comparing the factors influencing users' intention to continue using digital services across different types of services. "
