"Dukungan keluarga merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengatasi beban keluarga. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi 'hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan beban keluarga untuk mengikuti regimen terapeutik pada keluarga klien halusinasi'. Desain penelitian kuantitatif berupa descriptive correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional serta sampel yang berjumlah 79 orang. Instrumen dukungan keluarga dan beban keluarga yang sudah dimodifikasi dari Friedman dan WHO serta telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa semakin bertambah dukungan keluarga semakin berkurang beban keluarga untuk mengikuti regimen terapeutik (pvalue < 0,05), berarti dengan dukungan keluarga yang tepat menjadikan beban ditanggung bersama dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi untuk pengelolaan keluarga dengan mengintensifkan pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga.

Family support is essential to overcome family burden. This research aims to identify 'the relationship between family support and family burden to follow therapeutic regimens on hallucinations client's family'. Quantitative research design using descriptive correlational with cross-sectional approach while the amount of sample are 79 respondents. Instruments of family support and family burden has been modified from Friedman and WHO, and has been tested the validity and reliability. The results found that the increasing of family support would decreasing the family burden to follow therapeutic regimens (pvalue < 0,05), it means with a proper family support makes the burden is shared in the family. This study provides implications for the management of the family by intensifying the implementation of health education and family psychoeducation therapy."

"Isolasi sosial merupakan masalah keperawatan di ruang Arimbi RS. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor dengan jumlah terbanyak (62,5 %) dari 48 klien yang dirawat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan Renidayati, keliat dan Sabri (2008) ditemukan tentang keefektifan terapi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah isolasi sosial klien yaitu terapi Social Skill training untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan sosialisasi Klien. Penelitian yang dilakukan Wiyati, Hamid dan Gayatri (2009) tentang efektifitas terapi Family Psychoeducation didapatkan hasil pada keluarga ada peningkatan kemampuan afektif dan psikomotor sehingga meningkatkan dukungan keluarga.
Penulisan karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan terapi Social Skill Training dan Family Psychoeducation pada klien isolasi sosial dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Stress Adaptasi Stuart dan Model Sistem Neuman. Metode yang digunakan adalah study serial kasus. Tindakan diberikan pada 30 pasien isolasi sosial, 16 pasien mendapatkan terapi Social Skill training saja, 14 klien yang lain mendapatkan terapi Social Skill training dan family psychoeducation.
Hasil terapi menunjukan penurunan gejala isolasi sosial dan peningkatan kemampuan ketrampilan sosial lebih banyak pada pasien yang mendapatkan terapi social skill training dan terapi Family Psychoeducation dibandingkan dengan pasien isolasi sosial yang hanya mendapatkan terapi social Skill training. Rekomendasi dari karya ilmiah ini adalah terapi social skill training dan terapi Family Psychoeducation dapat menjadi standar terapi spesialis pada klien isolasi sosial.

Social isolation was a problem nursing in Arimbi room, Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital Bogor with the highest number of cases (62.5%) of the number were 48 client treated. Writing scientific papers were intended to provide an overview of the application of therapy Social Skill Training and Family Psychoeducation on the client used by the social isolation model approach Stuart Stress Adaptation and Neuman Systems Model. The method used case series study. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The Action given the therapy Social skills training and therapy were 30 patients Family Psychoeducation social isolation. 16 patients received therapy Social Skill training course, 14 other clients who get Social Skill training therapy and family Psychoeducation.
Results of the therapy showed a reduction in symptoms of social isolation and increase social skills more ability in patients receiving therapy and social skills training Family Psychoeducation therapy compared with patients who only receive social isolation social therapy Skill training. Recommendation of this paper is therapeutic social skills training and therapy Family Psychoeducation may become standard therapy specialist in social isolation clients.

"[ABSTRAK
Pikiran negative pada klien harga diri rendah kronik menyebabkan klien sulit berpikir jernih dan logis terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran pengaruh penerapan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien harga diri rendah kronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan model stres dan adaptasi Stuart. Tindakan keperawatan terapi pikiran perilaku diberikan pada 20 klien dimana 15 keluarga klien diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga. Hasil pelaksanaan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi pada klien menunjukan adanya penurunan tanda gejala pada aspek social dan perilaku serta peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam pemberian terapi psikofarmaka dan mengunkapkan pikiran negative yang lebih besar dibanding klien dan yang hanya mendapatkan terapi pikiran dan perilaku, Kombinasi terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa.

The purpose of writing is to provide an overview the effect of applying cognitive behavior therapy and family psychoeducation in clients with chronic low self-esteem. The method used is descriptive analytic approach Roy adaptation theory and models of stress and adaptation Stuart. Nursing actions cognitive behavior therapy given to 20 clients of which 15 families given client family psychoeducation.
