"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu intervensi yang dapat mengatasi kemajuan karyawan (employee advancement) untuk meningkatkan antusiasme karyawan (employee enthusiasm) di PT. HIJ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner. Alat ukur yang digunakan merupakan hasil pengembangan dan adaptasi peneliti dari alat ukur yang sudah ada. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah employee enthusiasm (Sirota et. al., 2005) dengan α = 0,852, employee advancement (Khrisnan dan Maheswari, 2011) dengan α = 0,969, dan safety feeling (Soebandono, 2011) dengan α = 0,925.
Hasil uji dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda terhadap 68 karyawan PT. HIJ menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemajuan karyawan dan rasa aman terhadap antusiasme karyawan (signifikansi kemajuan karyawan = 0,004 dan signifikansi rasa aman = 0,010, dengan p < 0,005). Koefisien Beta kemajuan karyawan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan koefisien Beta rasa aman. Ditinjau lebih jauh lagi menunjukkan bahwa yang paling mempengaruhi adalah dimensi training and development support. Berdasarkan uji statistik tersebut, maka peneliti merancang rekomendasi program intervensi kemajuan karyawan untuk meningkatkan antusiasme karyawan berupa resosialisasi sistem pelatihan dan pengembangan serta training effective communication.
This study aims to develop an intervention to address the problem of employee?s advancement to increase the employee?s enthusiasm at PT. HIJ. The study use a quantitative approach and using a questionnaire for data collection. Measuring instruments was develop from adaptation of existing measurement tools. The questionnaire used in this study is employee enthusiasm (Sirota et. al., 2005) with α = 0.852, employee advancement (Khrisnan and Maheswari, 2011) with α = 0.969, and safety feeling (Soebandono, 2011) with α = 0.925. Test results using multiple regression techniques against 68 employees of PT. HIJ shows that employee advancement and safety feeling have influence to employee enthusiasm (significance of employee advancement = 0.004 and the significance of safety feeling = 0.010, p <0.005). Beta coefficient of employee advancement greater than the beta coefficient of safety feeling. Judging further showed that most influence dimension is training and development support. Based on this statical result, researcher designed a recommendations intervention program employee advancement to increase employee enthusiasm i.e. resocialization training and development system and effective communication training."

"Level atau tingkatan antusiasme seseorang merupakan tolak ukur yang penting bagi performa sebuah perusahaan. Level antusiasme tersebut dapat dimodelkan melalui face recognition yang nantinya digunakan sebagai sebuah acuan untuk mengetahui apakah seseorang termasuk dalam kelas antusias, sedikit antusias, atau tidak antusias. Pengklasifikasian face recognition ini berbasis supervised machine learning. Klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Support Vector Machine SVM dengan metode one-vs-one karena kelas pada data terdiri lebih dari dua kelas. Adapun, dalam upaya peningkatan performa classifier, perlu dilakukan pemilihan fitur. Pemilihan fitur yang digunakan pada skripsi ini adalah Fisher rsquo;s Ratio dan Information Gain. Hasil yang diberikan di akhir tulisan ini berupa perbandingan akurasi dan running time dari klasifikasi SVM tanpa pemilihan fitur dan klasifikasi SVM dengan menggunakan masing-masing pemilihan fitur Fisher rsquo;s Ratio dan Information Gain. Pada klasifikasi SVM tanpa pemilihan fitur, didapatkan akurasi dan running time masing-masing sebesar 80,95238 dan 2,125 detik; dengan pemilihan fitur Fisher rsquo;s Ratio didapatkan akurasi dan running time masing-masing sebesar 88,89 dan 5,47 detik; sedangkan dengan pemilihan fitur Information Gain didapatkan akurasi sebesar 80,95238 dengan running time 1,265625 detik.
Enthusiasm level of a person is an important measurement for a company performance. Enthusiasm level can be modeled by face recognition that in the future will be used as standard to distinguish whether someone is classified as enthusiast, tend to enthusiast, or not at all. This face recognition classification is based on supervised machine learning. This paper uses Support Vector Machine SVM as a classifier with one vsone method because the data consists of more than two classes. In order to increase classifier performance, it is necessary to do feature selection. This paper uses Fisher rsquo s Ratio and Information Gain as feature selection. The conclusion at the end of this research is in the form of comparison of running time and accuracy between SVM classification without feature selection and with Fisher rsquo s Ratio and Information Gain feature selection, respectively. In SVM classification without feature selection, the accuracy and running time are 80,95238 and 2,125 seconds, respectively with Fisher rsquo s Ratio feature selection the accuracy and running time are 88,89 and 5,47 seconds, respectively whilst with Information Gain feature selection the accuracy and running time are 80,95238 , and 1.265625 seconds, respectively. "

"The increasing prominence of China on the world stage has sparked scholarly interest in studying the country’s representation in the media. Also driving the enthusiasm is the global expansion of Chinese state media, which some refer to as an attempt to export Chinese propaganda. Research on the topic in Southeast Asia remains lacking despite the region’s being in China’s backyard. This qualitative study aims to narrow the knowledge gap by looking at China’s representation in Malaysia. Using content analysis and in-depth interviews, it examines specifically the coverage of former Prime Minister Najib Razak’s 2016 visit to China by the Malay, Mandarin, and English bulletins on public and private television. The results show that China’s portrayal in the coverage is positive, notwithstanding the stories indicating concerns about the implications of China’s rise. The outcome points to the dominance of the state narrative, with instances of the press breaking the authorities’ restrictions to inform the audience. It appears that the reportage was not much impacted by Chinese media’s efforts to go global. Drawing on the Hierarchy of Influences model, the study demonstrates that the representation of China in Malaysian media coverage is a product shaped by intertwined social, cultural, and political factors as complex as Malaysian society."

"Guru dikatakan sebagai penentu keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Meskipun begitu, masih banyak guru yang belum kompeten dan berkualitas di Indonesia dan kurangnya antusiasme guru dianggap sebagai salah satu penyebabnya. Hal ini menjadi dasar pengembangan alat ukur Skala Antusiasme Guru SAG di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun alat ukur yang konsisten secara internal, valid mengukur antusiasme guru, memiliki item yang mampu membedakan individu, serta menyusun norma. Penelitian dilakukan kepada guru sekolah menengah di 15 sekolah di Jabodetabek n=299. Teachers are said to be the determinants of academic success. However, there are still many teachers who are not competent and qualified in Indonesia with lack of teacher enthusiasm is considered as one of the main cause. This became the basis for the development of Skala Antusiasme Guru SAG in Indonesia. This study aims to construct a test that internally consistent, validly measure teacher 39 s enthusiasm, have items that able to discriminate individuals, and set the norms. The study was conducted on secondary teachers in 15 schools in Jabodetabek area n 299. Result of the study shown that SAG has good internal consistency 0,886, validly measure teacher 39s enthusiasm through construct validity check with new general self efficacy test in subject enthusiasm r 0,379."
