"Pemilu Parlemen 2016 dan 2021 di Rusia, menunjukkan kemenangan partai Rusia United Russia yang sangat dekat dengan kepemimpinan Vladimir Putin yang telah menjabat sebagai Presiden selama 4 periode (2000-2008) dan (2012-Saat ini). Korelasi kedekatan Putin dengan partai yang berkuasa ini menjadi pertanyaan keterpengaruhan sosok Vladimir Putin dengan partai tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Vladimir Putin dengan partai United Russia (Единая Россия) dalam kemenangan partai tersebut dalam beberapa pemilu parlemen di Rusia di era kepemimpinan Vladimir Putin. Dengan metode penelitian deskriptif analitis menggunakan studi pustaka penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Vladimir Putin dalam perannya sebagai Presiden dan Perdana Menteri berpengaruh pada kemenangan partai United Russia di Pemilu Parlemen 2016, membuka jalan bagi Vladimir Putin pada Pemilu 2021

The 2016 and 2021 Parliamentary elections in Russia, show the victory of the Russia United Russia party which is very close to the leadership of Vladimir Putin who has served as President for 4 terms (2000-2008) and (2012-present). The correlation of Putin's closeness with the ruling party is a question of the influence of Vladimir Putin's figure with the party. This study aims to analyse the relationship between Vladimir Putin and the United Russia party (Единая Россия) in the party's victory in several parliamentary elections in Russia during the leadership of Vladimir Putin. With descriptive analytical research method using literature studies, this research proves that Vladimir Putin in his role as President and Prime Minister has an effect on the victory of the United Russia party in the 2016 Parliamentary Election, paving the way for Vladimir Putin in the 2021 Election."

"Artikel ini membahas penentuan agenda (agenda setting) Sputnik dalam pemberitaan mengenai Pemilihan Presiden Federasi Rusia tahun 2018. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis 295 artikel berita secara tematik dari kanal berita tersebut selama periode kampanye hingga menjelang Pemilu Presiden 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan upaya-upaya pembentukan agenda setting yang dilakukan oleh Sputnik terhadap Pemilihan Presiden Federasi Rusia 2018. Artikel ini menggunakan metode analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teori yang digunakan adalah teori agenda setting dari Walter Lipmann. Artikel ini juga didukung oleh kosep priming untuk melihat isu-isu yang ditampilkan oleh Sputnik. Selain itu, untuk melihat proses penentuan agenda tersebut bekerja digunakan konsep penentuan agenda dari Roger dan Dearing. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat lima isu utama yang ditampilkan Sputnik dalam berbagai kategori. Penonjolan isu merupakan awal proses, bagaimana spunik menentukan agenda medianya dalam memengaruhi agenda publik, yang juga telah memengaruhi agenda kebijakan.

This article discusses Sputniks agenda setting in Sputnik on its reports about the 2018 Russian Presidential Election. The study was conducted by analyzing 295 news articles thematically from the news channel during the campaign period until the 2018 Russian Presidential Election was held. The purpose of this study was to find an efforts to establish an agenda setting set by Sputnik on the 2018 Russian Presidential Election. This article uses the method of content analysis with qualitative approaches. The theory used is the agenda setting theory of Walter Lipmann. This article also is supported by priming concepts to see the issues displayed by Sputnik. In addition, to see the process of determining the agenda setting works, it was used the concept of determining the agenda setting from Roger and Dearing. The results of the analysis indicate that there are five main issues that Sputnik displayed in various categories. The prominence of the issue is the beginning of the process, how Sputnik decided its media agenda in influencing the public agenda, which has also influenced the policy agenda."
