"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Bina Produksi Dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian Dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan gambaran mengenai kebijakan, pengawasan dan pengendalian alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga. Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan mempunyai tugas dalam melaksanakan penyiapan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan penyusunan Norma, Standar, Prosedur dan Kriteria (NSPK), serta pemberian bimbingan teknis dan evaluasi di bidang produksi dan distribusi alat kesehatan serta perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai aktivitas yang dilakukan, maka penulis ditempatkan di direktorat tersebut untuk melakukan pemeriksaan dan penilaian berkas permohonan yang diajukan oleh perusahaan untuk memperoleh izin edar. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap produk Alkes yang akan didaftarkan untuk mengevaluasi hasil pengujian sampling yang diambil dari suatu market (pasar) atau tempat dijualnya alat kesehatan dan PKRT dengan jumlah sesuai dengan kebutuhan uji dalam rangka menjamin keamanan, mutu, dan manfaat alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga (PKRT) yang telah terdaftar dan beredar di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan sampling ini berpedoman pada Pedoman Tekhnis Pelaksanaan Sampling dan Pengujian Alat Kesehatan (ALKES) dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (PKRT) yang dibuat oleh Direktorat Bina Produksi dan Distribusi Alat Kesehatan Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

"ABSTRACTObjectives: To examine the influence of pharmacists demographic characteristics on dispensing antibiotics purchased with and without a prescription in the community pharmacies.Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 24 randomly-selected community pharmacies located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emiratesbetween March and September 2009. Data were collected through a closed-structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 17. Descriptive statistics, odds ratios, significance and 95% CI and logistic regression analyses were then used to analyze the resulting data.Results: Participating pharmacists conducted a total of 1645 antibiotic transactions (1211 [73.6%] dispensed with prescriptions versus and 434 [26.4%] without). Gender and socioeconomic status of the patients hada significant effect in acquiring antibiotics without prescription (p=0.012, p=0.001). Clarithromycin (91.5%), cefuroxime (91.3%), and co-amoxiclav(66.4%) were dispensed with prescription. Ceftriaxone (53.3%), amoxicillin (47.8%) and co-amoxiclav (33.6%) were dispensed without prescription. Dispensing of antibiotics with prescription were frequently given a 5,7, or 10 day regimen, while those without prescription were frequently given 3-7 days duration. Co-amoxiclav for sore throat was commonly dispensed without prescription. Ceftriaxone for sexually transmitted diseases was dispensed at a similar rate, both with and without prescription.Conclusions: Dispensing antibiotic without prescription is illegal and alarming. Patient interviews and interventions to improve the current prescribing pattern for both prescribers and pharmacists are highlywarranted."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Jatikramat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap peran apoteker dalam bidang kefarmasian khususnya bidang klinis. Secara manajerial, mahasiswa juga diajarkan agar memahami alur pengadaan barang, penerimaan, penyimpanan stok serta metode penjualan yang dilaksanakan. Apotek Roxy memberikan gambaran nyata dari tanggung jawab yang diemban seorang apoteker sebagai praktisi maupun sebagai apoteker penanggung jawab outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia periode Oktober-November 2021 bertujuan untuk memahami pernerapan dan penggunaan ilmu kefarmasian di bidang industri, serta memahami peran apoteker sebagai tenaga yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga kualitas dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan khususnya di PT Pharos Indonesia. Adapun penyusunan tugas khusus pada pemahaman alur perilisan sediaan suspensi 150 mL yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Quality Control PT Pharos Indonesia. Sedangkan pada PBF SamMarie Tramedifa, mahasiswa memahami alur pendistribusian barang, pendistribusian barang kepada konsumen secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, teknik pemesanan serta pola komunikasi apoteker terhadap konsumen dalam hal pemasaran. Hal penting yang diajarkan dalam ketiga tempat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker diharapkan menjadi bekal yang mumpuni sebelum benar-benar memiliki gelar apoteker dan siap bekerja di lapangan.

Roxy Pharmacy provides a real picture of the responsibilities of a pharmacist as a practitioner or as a pharmacist in charge of the outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia for the period October-November 2021 aims to understand the application and use of pharmaceutical science in the industrial sector and understand the role of pharmacists as staff who are responsible for maintaining the quality and quality of the products produced, especially at PT Pharos Indonesia. The preparation of a special task on understanding the release flow of the 150 mL suspension preparation was carried out by the Quality Control Department of PT Pharos Indonesia. "Kesehatan merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Seluruh isu kesehatan diintegrasikan dengan tujuan ke-3 SDGs, yaitu menjamin kehidupan yang sehat dan mendorong kesejahteraan bagi semua orang di segala usia. Apoteker adalah tenaga kesehatan yang berperan sebagai penanggung jawab dalam hal obat dari hulu ke hilir. Tujuan utamanya adalah agar masyarakat dapat memperoleh obat yang aman, berkhasiat, bermutu, dan terjangkau, serta meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Sebagai calon apoteker, penting untuk mempelajari mengenai peran-peran apoteker di dunia pekerjaan. Sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di dunia kerja dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Apotek Atrika sebagai gambaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia sebagai rumah sakit pendidikan dipilih sebagai lokasi praktik sebagai gambaran untuk peran apoteker di pelayanan instalasi rumah sakit. Selain di bidang pelayanan, praktik kerja juga dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Praktik Kerja dilakukan dari Bulan Juli hingga November 2021. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

The pharmacist is a health worker who acts as the person in charge of medicine from upstream to downstream. The main goal is so that people can obtain safe, efficacious, quality, and affordable medicines, as well as improve public health. As a prospective pharmacist, it is important to learn about the roles of pharmacists in the world of work. As an illustration of the role of the pharmacist in the world of work, a pharmacist's professional work practice (internship) is carried out. The internship is carried out at Atrika Pharmacy as an illustration of pharmaceutical service in pharmacies. Universitas Indonesia’s Hospital as a teaching hospital was chosen as an intern location as an illustration of the role of pharmacists in hospital installation services. In addition to the service sector, internships are also carried out at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari is an illustration of the role of the pharmacist in the distribution of drugs and medical devices. Internships are carried out from July to November 2021. In addition to learning directly from observing, prospective pharmacists are also allowed to analyze problems that exist in each workplace. Therefore, this intern report will discuss the problems and solutions proposed in each intern workplace."

"Profesi apoteker mempunyai banyak peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan khususnya dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Apoteker profesional adalah seorang apoteker yang berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, setiap calon apoteker harus memiliki bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri sebelum memasuki kehidupan sebagai seorang apoteker sejadi dengan cara menjalani praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika pada periode Juli 2021 dan PT Dankos Farma pada periode September – Oktober 2021. Berdasarkan pengalaman yang didapatkan sewaktu PKPA di apotek dan industri farmasi, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Apotek Atrika for the July 2021 and PT Dankos Farma for the period September – October 2021. Through the experiences in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy during professional practice are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, and skills to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Sejak dikeluarkannya kebijakan pemerintah tahun 1993 tentang deregulasi dibidang kefarmasian terutama sektor apotek, persaingan bisnis apotek menjadi sangat ketat terutama di Jakarta. Strategi untuk memenangkan persaingan dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas layanan, salah satu indikator yang paling banyak dipakaiuntuk mengukur kualitas layanan adalah tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan Apotek Kimia Farma Jakarta, khususnya Apotek Kimia Farma-1 Kemayoran, Apotek Kimia Farma-48 Matraman, dan Apotek Kimia Farma-147 Duren Sawit menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan Single Cross Sectional Study memakai instrumen kuesioner. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan diukur menggunakan model SERVQUAL (Service Quality) terhadap 5 dimensi kualitas layanan yaitu tangible, reliability), responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. Hasil penelitian:Dimensi yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi adalah dimensiemphaty (kesenjangan 0,37 atau tingkat kepuasan 91,66 %); atribut yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi adalah bangunan apotek memiliki desain interior/eksterior yang baik dan menarik (kesenjangan -0,14 atau tingkat kepuasan 96,4 %); dan atribut yang terpetakan pada diagram Kartesius terbanyak adalah pada kuadran B yang berarti kualitas layanan Apotek Kimia Farma yang diteliti menunjukkan cukup baik. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian menyatakan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna tingkat kepuasan pelanggan antar apotek yang diteliti (alpha>0,05). Kesimpulan : secara umum tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Apotek Kimia Farma yang diteliti mendekati ?Puas?, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan antar Apotek Kimia Farma yang diteliti tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna.

The objective of this research is detect satisfaction level of service quality of Kimia Farma community pharmacy Jakarta, in particular Kimia Farma community pharmacy -1 Kemayoran, Kimia Farma community pharmacy-48 Matraman, Kimia Farma community pharmacy-147 Duren Sawit. Beside This research also objective for knowed vision, mission of Kimia Farma community pharmacy was reached. This researchusing survey method with quisionaire Single Cross Sectional Study approaches. Research using Servqual (Service Quality) model was discovered by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry use five dimensions of service quality, that was tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. Satisfaction level measured with Gap analysis that was difference expectation before customer receiving the serviceand perception after that; and Cartesian Diagram analysis, that was mapping atribut service quality on Cartesian Diagram. Analysis difference on customer satisfaction within community pharmacy used analysis varian (Anova). Result: dimension that highest satisfaction level was emphaty (gap -0.37 or satisfactions levels 91.88 %);attribute that highest satisfaction level was well designed interior/exterior building (gap -0.14 or satisfaction levels 96.4 %). Mapping attribute on Cartesian Diagram majority on quadrat B, means service quality Kimia Farma community pharmacy was sufficient. Based on hypothesis test, was not difference significant satisfactionslevel Kimia Farma community pharmacy was research (alpha > 0.05). Conclusions: generally satisfactions level Kimia Farma community pharmacy that researched nearly satisfy, with satisfaction levels within community pharmacy was not significant difference."

Dalam hal ini, diharapkan apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan administrasi, manajemen keuangan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan penjualan perbekalan farmasi serta mempraktekkan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku dalam sistem pelayanan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Studi Literatur Penatalaksanaan Penyakit Parkinson. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memahami tentang definisi dan penyebab Parkinson, mengetahui tentang obat yang digunakan, dapat memberikan informasi dan edukasi yang tepat bagi pasien penyakit Parkinson, serta meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pelayanan kefarmasian untuk penyakit Parkinson. Penatalaksanaan penyakit Parkinson meliputi terapi non farmakologi dan terapi farmakologi. Penatalaksanaan penyakit Parkinson mempunyai tujuan akhir untuk meningkatkan hidup pasien.
