"Obat termolabil menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyimpanannya, mengingat stabilitas obat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh suhu penyimpanan. Pedoman penyimpanan obat yang baik perlu diterapkan untuk memenuhi persyaratan mutu, keamanan, serta khasiat obat dan/ atau bahan obat yang didistribusikan serta dalam rangka keselamatan pasien (patient safety) sesuai dengan rekomendasi industri produsen. Tugas khusus ini diselesaikan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur sebagai sumber untuk memperbaharui buku Panduan Penanganan Obat Termolabil RSCM 2018. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, didapatkan total 35 nama dagang baru dari golongan antibiotik, antineoplastik, analgesik/ antipiretik, obat untuk saluran cerna, reagen, dan suplemen yang belum masuk ke dalam Buku Panduan Penanganan Obat Termolabil RSCM tahun 2018. Penyimpanan obat termolabil di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo sudah sesuai dengan data stabilitas penyimpanan dan Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 6 tentang Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik khususnya pada bab Ketentuan Khusus Produk Rantai Dingin.

Thermolabile drugs are one of the things that need to be considered in their storage, considering that the stability of these drugs is strongly influenced by storage temperature. Guidelines for good drug storage need to be implemented to meet the requirements for quality, safety and efficacy of drugs and/or drug substances being distributed as well as for patient safety in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer's industry. This special task was completed using a qualitative method with literature studies as a source for updating the RSCM 2018 Handbook for Handling of Thermolabile Drugs. Based on the data collected, a total of 35 new trade names were obtained from the classes of antibiotics, antineoplastic, analgesic/antipyretic, drugs for the gastrointestinal tract, reagents, and supplements that have not been included in the 2018 RSCM Handbook for Handling Thermolabile Medicines. Storage of thermolabile drugs at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo complies with storage stability data and Drug and Food Control Agency Regulation Number 6 (2020) concerning Good Drug Distribution Methods, especially in the chapter on Special Provisions for Cold Chain Products."

"Salah satu kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilakukan apoteker di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo adalah Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO). Salah satu jenis dari Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) adalah PIO aktif dimana apoteker menyediakan informasi yang dapat berupa leaflet, buku pedoman maupun buletin. Nasogastric Tube (NGT) merupakan istilah untuk pemasangan suatu selang yag dimasukan melalui hidung sampai lambung. Adminitrasi obat melalui NGT memerlukan perhatian khusus karena tidak semua bentuk sediaan per oral dapat diberikan melalui NGT. Hal ini karena ketidaktepatan dalam pemilihan bentuk sediaan obat dapat mengakibatkan efektivitas dari obat yang diberikan berkurang, tersumbatnya tube hingga dapat menyebabkan timbulnya toksisitas obat. Apoteker harus memastikan bahwa perawat memiliki informasi yang cukup untuk memerikan obat dengan aman. Tujuan ditulisnya laporan ini yaitu untuk mempelajari peran apoteker di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo dalam memberikan Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) melalui pembuatan Buku Pedoman Pemberian Obat melalui Nasogastric Tube (NGT) Tahun 2022 di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi studi literatur, pemilihan obat dan penyusunan informasi pemberian obat melalui NGT. Pedoman ini dibuat berdasarkan studi literatur dan disusun berdasarkan obat yang tersedia di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo yang tertera pada Formularium Rumah Sakit RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo untuk membantu dalam pemberian obat melalui NGT kepada pasien dengan benar. Buku pedoman ini memuat informasi mengenai pemberian obat melalui NGT sebanyak 202 item obat dengan jenis obat meliputi jenis sediaan tablet/ kaplet, tablet/ kaplet salut selaput, kapsul gelatin keras dan tablet salut gula.

One of the clinical pharmacy service activities carried out by pharmacists at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is the Drug Information Service (PIO). One type of Drug Information Service (PIO) is an active PIO where pharmacists provide information in the form of leaflets, manuals or bulletins. Nasogastric Tube (NGT) is the term for the installation of a tube that is inserted through the nose to the stomach. Administration of drugs through the NGT requires special attention because not all oral dosage forms can be administered through the NGT. This is because inaccuracy in the selection of drug dosage forms can result in reduced effectiveness of the drug given, and blockage of the tube which can cause drug toxicity. Pharmacists must ensure that nurses have sufficient information to administer medications safely. The purpose of writing this report is to study the role of pharmacists in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo in providing Drug Information Services (PIO) through the creation of a 2022 Guidebook for Drug Administration through a Nasogastric Tube (NGT) at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Activities carried out include literature studies, drug selection, and compiling information on drug administration through the NGT. This guideline was made based on a literature study and was prepared based on the drugs available at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo listed on the Hospital Formulary of RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo to assist in administering drugs through the NGT to patients correctly. This guidebook contains information regarding the administration of drugs through the NGT as many as 202 drug items with types of drugs including tablet/caplet, film-coated tablet/caplet, hard gelatin capsules, and sugar-coated tablets."

"Buku yang berjudul "Medication safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding : the evidence-based, A-to-Z clinician's pocket guide" ini ditulis oleh Gideon Koren. Buku ini merupakan sebuah buku panduan mengenai efek obat-obatan medis tertentu terhadap kehamilan dan pemberian ASI pada bayi."
