"Puskesmas (Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat) berperan sebagai fasilitas penting yang menyediakan layanan kesehatan, termasuk pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kesehatan masyarakat membutuhkan pemahaman dan penerapan yang baik terutama dalam penggunaan obat yang rasional dan aman. Hipertensi, masalah kesehatan global yang serius, sering kali memerlukan penanganan dengan obat antihipertensi yang biasanya dikombinasikan dengan obat lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi resep obat antihipertensi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo pada Oktober 2022. Melalui pendekatan retrospektif, data resep pasien hipertensi dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi obat yang sering dikombinasikan dengan obat antihipertensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa amlodipin merupakan obat antihipertensi yang paling sering diresepkan. Kombinasi paling umum amlodipin adalah dengan simvastatin 20 mg, vitamin B12, dan parasetamol. Persentase tertinggi kombinasi amlodipin dengan simvastatin 20 mg mencapai 27,9%. Perlunya perhatian terhadap kombinasi obat yang sering diresepkan kepada pasien hipertensi. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah mempertimbangkan pemberian jeda waktu antar obat guna mengurangi risiko interaksi obat yang mungkin terjadi. Tindakan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dalam penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien di Puskesmas, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam perbaikan layanan farmasi klinik bagi pasien hipertensi secara umum.

Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) play a crucial role as facilities providing healthcare services, including clinical pharmacy services. Public health requires a sound understanding and application, particularly in the rational and safe use of medications. Hypertension, a serious global health issue, often necessitates treatment with antihypertensive drugs, commonly in combination with other medications. This study aims to evaluate antihypertensive drug prescriptions at the Pasar Rebo Sub-District Public Health Center in October 2022. Through a retrospective approach, prescription data of hypertensive patients were analyzed to identify frequently combined medications with antihypertensive drugs. The analysis revealed that amlodipine was the most prescribed antihypertensive drug. The most frequent combination with amlodipine included simvastatin 20 mg, vitamin B12, and paracetamol. The highest percentage observed was the combination of amlodipine with simvastatin 20 mg, reaching 27.9%. There is a necessity for attention to frequently prescribed drug combinations for hypertensive patients. Recommendations suggest considering intervals between medications to reduce potential drug interactions. This action is expected to enhance safety in the use of antihypertensive drugs for patients at the Public Health Center and contribute to improving clinical pharmacy services for hypertensive patients overall."
