"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas kebiasaan konsumsi serat makanan mahasiswa penghuni
asrama Universitas Indonesia tahun 2011 dan hubungannya dengan karakteristik
individu yang meliputi jenis kelamin, pengetahuan mengenai serat makanan,
preferensi/kesukaan terhadap makanan, kebiasaan makan sayur dan buah, dan
pengaruh teman sebayanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan
metode penelitian deskriptif dan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data
dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan formulir Food Frequency Questionnaire
(FFQ) yang dibagikan kepada 145 mahasiswa penghuni asrama Universitas
Indonesia pada bulan April 2011. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada
hubungan antara pengetahuan mengenai serat makanan dan preferensi/kesukaan
terhadap makanan dengan kebiasaan konsumsi serat makanan pada mahasiswa
penghuni asrama Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa
perlu diadakannya media KIE mengenai pentingnya konsumsi serat makanan serta
disediakannya makanan sumber serat yang lebih bervariasi di kantin asrama

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the habits of consumption of dietary fiber in boarder student,
University of Indonesia 2011 and its relationship with the individual
characteristics including gender, knowledge of dietary fiber, preference for food,
eating vegetables and fruit, and the influence of peers. This study is a quantitative
study with descriptive research methods and cross-sectional design study. The
data was collected using questionnaires and form the Food Frequency
Questionnaire (FFQ) which was distributed to 145 student boarders, University of
Indonesia in April 2011. The results showed that there was a relationship between
knowledge about dietary fiber and preference for food with the habits of
consumption of dietary fiber in boarder student at the University of Indonesia’s
dormitory. The results suggest that the necessary holding of CIE media about the
importance of dietary fiber consumption and the availability of food sources of
fiber are more varied in the dorm cafeteria"

"Adequate nutrition during the first 2 year of life is important to ensure optimal physical and mental development of infants and young children. Therefore sustainable adequate nutrient intake is critical in childhood.
In 2002, WHO urges all countries to promote improved CF practices to ensure optimal health, growth and development of young children. Research is needed in priority areas including examining the use of LP for developing context-specific complementary feeding guidelines.
Food-based dietary guidelines (FBDG), which promote culturally acceptable and affordable changes to local complementary feeding practices, will enhance chances for sustainable improvements in childhood nutritional status. As basis for documenting and understanding the dietary data for developing FBDG, several approaches can be used. Survey approach is usually used for developing FBDG; however this approach requires plenty of resources. In developing countries where resource is scare, rapid assessment procedure (RAP) method can be used as alternative. This method is rapid, and low in cost. Both approaches can be used in developing FBDG based on LP.
The objective of this study was to compare FBDG of complementary feeding for children age 9-11 months old based on Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) result and survey approach."

"Semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk semakin bertambah pula masalah terkait kesehatan, terutama di wilayah perkotaan yang pertambahan penduduknya setiap tahun meningkat. Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini memberikan gambaran mengenai asuhan keperawatan keluarga pada keluarga Ibu A dengan masalah ketidakefektifan pemeliharaan kesehatan pada lansia. Implementasi yang telah dilakukan bersifat kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Implementasi yang lebih efektif mengontrol tekanan darah lansia yaitu diet rendah garam. Hasil evaluasi setelah kunjungan selama enam minggu yaitu tekanan darah pada Nenek K mengalami penurunan 30 mmHg pada tekanan darah sistolik dan 10 mmHg pada tekanan darah diastolik. Pemberdayaan keluarga dan kader penting dalam merawat lansia dengan hipertensi.

Increasing number of the population also has made increasing problems about healthy, especially in urban area where the population increasing every year. This final assignment describes about nursing care process at Mrs. A’s family with ineffectiveness of health care in elderly. Implementation has been done are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Implementation more effective to control blood pressure in elderly is low-salt diet. The result of the evaluation after six weeks visit was blood pressure at Mrs. K has decreased 30 mmHg for systolic blood pressure and 10 mmHg for diastolic blood pressure. Empowerment family and cadre are important to caring elderly with hypertension.

Kehadiran makanan cepat saji, makanan berlemak, dan mengandung kolesterol yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kolelitiasis. Karya ilmiah akhir Nesr ini menggambarkan pemberian intervensi keperawatan berupa edukasi diet rendah lemak pada pasien dengan kolelitiasis. Perawat mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan klien untuk dapat memilih makanan yang tepat dan sehat. Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman klien serta merubah perilaku kearah gaya hidup sehat.

Lifestyle of today?s urban society tends towards the consumption of unhealthy foods and almost instantaneous. The prensence of fast fod, fatty foods, and high cholesterol can lead to cholelithiasis. This papers describe the nursing implementations such as the provision of education low-fat diet in patiens with cholelithiasis. Nurses have an importan role in increasing knowledge of the clien to be able to choose the right foods and healthy. The provision of health education is expected to increase client understanding and changing behaviour towards a healthier lifestyle."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas pola makan anak usia sekolah di SDN Pondok Cina 03 Depok dan perbedaan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas pola makan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Kualitas pola makan diukur menggunakan modifikasi the Healthy Eating Index dengan rentang skor 0-100. Pengukuran asupan menggunakan 3x24 Hour Food Recall dan Status Gizi (IMT/U) dengan mengukur berat badan menggunakan timbangan digital dan tinggi badan menggunakan microtoice. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih separoh responden (62.55%) memiliki kualitas pola makan kurang (skor HEI 51-80) dan 37.5% memiliki kualitas pola makan buruk (skor HEI <51). Rata-rata kualitas pola makan adalah 51.67±1.04. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada asupan energi, karbohidrat, lemak, lemak jenuh, porsi makanan pokok, lauk hewani, sayur, buah dan susu antar kelompok kualitas pola makan. Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada jenis kelamin, asupan protein, konsumsi nabati dan status gizi antar kelompok kualitas pola makan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pola makan siswa SDN Pondok Cina berkualitas kurang. Kualitas pola makan dapat diperbaiki dengan meningkatkan konsumsi makanan pokok, lauk hewani, sayur, buah dan susu. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk mengedukasi, mengawasi dan menyediakan kantin sehat. Kepada pihak orang tua untuk menyediakan makanan dan minuman sehat guna membentuk kualitas pola makan yang sehat.

The background of this study is to assess the overall diet quality among students at SDN Pondok Cina 03 Depok and to find the differences in associated factors between its category groups. The design of this study was cross sectional. Diet quality was assessed using the modification of healthy eating index. Dietary data was obtained using 3 days 24 hour food recall and nuritional status was measured by a digital scale and microtoice to get weight and height measurement. The results was more than half of praticipants (62.5%) had diet that “needs improvement” (HEI score 51-80) and others (32.7%) had diet that “poor” (HEI Score <51). The overall mean score of diet quality in this study was 51.67±1.04. Moreover, the overall diet quality catagories were significantly differences in intake of energy, carbohydrate, total fat and saturated fat, and serving size of grains, meat, vegetables, fruits, and milks. On the other hand there were no significant differences in intake of protein and serving size of beans between the groups. In conclusion, overall diet quality among fourth and fifth grade students was found to have diet that “needs improvement”. Increasing intake of grains, vegetables and fruits could improve the quality of overall diet. It is important for the school to monitor, educate, and provide healthy foods and drinks. Also for the parents to provide their children healthy foods and drinks at home so they can achieve the best quality on their overall diet.

"PCSK9 berperan dalam regulasi homeostasis kolestrol dimana meningkatkan kadar LDL-C dengan mendegradasi reseptor LDL (LDL-R). Penelitian mengenai obat inhibitor PCSK9 masih dikembangkan namun metode uji in vivo yang memfasilitasi PCSK9 sangat terbatas terlebih di Indonesia. Maka dilakukan pembuatan model hewan tinggi PCSK9 menggunakan tikus tipe wild yang diinduksi diet tinggi fruktosa mengikuti penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada hamster dan mencit. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tikus wistar jantan dengan menginduksi diet tinggi fruktosa (HFD) sebanyak 3mL/200grBB selama 3, 4, dan 5 minggu. Plasma dan jaringan ginjal diambil setiap durasi 3, 4 dan 5 minggu dan kadar PCSK9 diukur menggunakan uji ELISA. Sementara ekspresi PCSK9 ginjal dianalisis menggunakan metode western blot. Tikus kelompok HFD menunjukkan kadar PCSK9 plasma yang meningkat signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap kelompok kontrol durasi 3 dan 4 minggu. Durasi optimal peningkatan kadar PCSK9 plasma pada tikus adalah 4 minggu yang menghasilkan kadar PCSK9 sebesar 1389,02 ng/mL. Sementara kadar PCSK9 ginjal menurun signifikan (p<0,05) terhadap kelompok kontrol durasi 3 dan 4 minggu. Ekspresi mature PCSK9 ginjal kelompok HFD lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol.

PCSK9 plays a role in the regulation of cholesterol homeostasis which increases LDL-C levels by degrading LDL receptors (LDL-R). Research on PCSK9 inhibitor drugs is still being developed but in vivo test methods that facilitate PCSK9 are limited, especially in Indonesia. Therefore, an animal model for high PCSK9 was created using wild-type rats induced by a high-fructose diet following research that had been conducted on hamsters and mice. This research was conducted on male Wistar rats by inducing a high fructose diet (HFD) of 3mL/200grBW for 3, 4, and 5 weeks. Plasma and kidney tissue were collected every 3, 4 and 5 weeks and PCSK9 levels were measured using the ELISA test. While kidney PCSK9 expression was analyzed using western blot method. The HFD group rats showed significantly increased plasma PCSK9 levels (p<0.05) compared to the control group for 3 and 4 weeks duration. The optimal duration of increasing plasma PCSK9 levels in rats is 4 weeks which results in PCSK9 levels of 1389.02 ng/mL. Meanwhile, kidney PCSK9 levels decreased significantly (p<0.05) compared to the control group for 3 and 4 weeks duration. The expression of kidney mature PCSK9 in the HFD group was higher than the control group."

"PCSK9 (Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type 9) merupakan regulator Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) melalui perannya dalam degradasi Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) sehingga PCSK9 dapat dijadikan target terapi yang menjanjikan sebagai agen penurun lipid. Inhibitor PCSK9 yang tersedia memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Untuk itu, banyak peneliti mengembangkan obat inhibitor PCSK9 lainnya. Dalam pengembangan obat, model hewan PCSK9 yang sejalan pada manusia dibutuhkan dan dikembangkan melalui induksi suatu nutrisi, misalnya fruktosa. Penelitian efek diet tinggi fruktosa terhadap kadar PCSK9 plasma dan ekspresi PCSK9 otak masih sangat terbatas dan perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Pada penelitian ini, tikus diberikan diet tinggi fruktosa dengan variasi durasi, yaitu 3 minggu, 4 minggu, dan 5 minggu untuk melihat efeknya terhadap kadar PCSK9 dan ekspresi PCSK9. Pengukuran kadar PCSK9 plasma dan otak dilakukan menggunakan metode ELISA dan ekspresi PCSK9 otak dianalisis menggunakan metode western blot. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan kadar PCSK9 pada plasma dan otak tikus dibandingkan kelompok normal. Kadar PCSK9 plasma menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (p<0,05) pada kelompok 3 minggu dan 4 minggu dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dan kadar PCSK9 plasma tertinggi teramati pada durasi induksi 4 minggu. Kadar PCSK9 otak menunjukkan penurunan signifikan (p<0,05) pada kelompok 3 minggu dan 4 minggu dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Ekspresi PCSK9 pada otak menunjukkan pola penurunan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model hewan PCSK9 pada tikus berpotensi digunakan sebagai model hewan PCSK9.

PCSK9 (Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin Type 9) is a Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) regulator through its role in Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) degradation, making PCSK9 a promising therapeutic target as a lipid-lowering agent. The currently available PCSK9 inhibitors have drawbacks. As a result, many researchers have developed PCSK9 other inhibitor drugs. PCSK9 animal model is required in drug development and develops through the induction of a nutrient, such as fructose. Research on the effect of a high-fructose diet on circulating PCSK9 levels and brain PCSK9 expression is still limited dan further research is needed. Thus, in this study, rats were fed a high-fructose diet for 3 weeks, 4 weeks, and 5 weeks to see how it affected PCSK9 levels and expression. The ELISA method was used to measure plasma and brain PCSK9 levels and the western blot method was used to analyze brain PCSK9 expression. The results showed plasma PCSK9 levels increased significantly (p<0,05) in the 3-week and 4-week groups compared to the control group, with the 4-week induction duration producing the highest plasma PCSK9 levels. Brain PCSK9 levels decreased significantly (p<0,05) in the 3-week and 4-week groups when compared to the control group. PCSK9 expression in the brain also decreased when compared to the control group. Based on the findings, the PCSK9 animal model in rats has the potential to be used as a PCSK9 animal model."

Masalah kesehatan di Indonesia menjadi salah satu masalah yang membutuhkan perhatian dan penanganan dari masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang menjadi perhatian ialah masalah stunting pada anak. Stunting banyak terjadi pada anak dikarenakan faktor pola makan anak yang masih belum memadai atau kurang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia pra sekolah di Kecamatan Bojongsari Kota Depok. Desain penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional dengan 112 responden ibu dan anak usia pra sekolah di Kecamatan Bojongsari Kota Depok. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner CFQ serta standar antropometri TB/U anak berdasarkan PMK Nomor 2 Tahun 2020. Uji statistik bivariat yang dilakukan ialah Mann-Whitney dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pola makan anak usia pra sekolah dengan kejadian stunting (p=0,000). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa sangatlah penting untuk menjaga pola makan anak untuk mencegah terjadinya permasalahan gizi termasuk stunting pada anak. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mendalami ataupun meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya stunting pada anak.

Health problems in Indonesia are a problem that requires attention and treatment from the community and government. One of the health problems that is of concern is the problem of stunting in children. Stunting often occurs in children due to factors such as children's diets being inadequate or ineffective. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of stunting in pre-school children in Bojongsari District, Depok City. The design of this research was cross sectional with 112 respondents from mothers and pre-school age children in Bojongsari District, Depok City. The instruments used were the CFQ questionnaire and child TB/U anthropometric standards based on PMK Number 2 of 2020. The bivariate statistical test carried out was the Mann-Whitney with research results showing that there was a relationship between the eating patterns of pre-school aged children and the incidence of stunting (p=0.000 ). Based on the results of this research, it is known that it is very important to maintain children's diet to prevent nutritional problems including stunting in children. It is hoped that future research can explore or examine other variables that can influence the occurrence of stunting in children.
