"Dalam kegiatan mendesain dan mengembangkan produk di tiket.com, diterapkan banyak metode dan teknik sesuai dengan keahlian masing-masing karyawannya. Proses yang menyelaraskan seluruh alur kerja dari masing-masing individu adalah melalui metode participatory design atau desain partisipatif di mana dalam sebuah kelompok atau organisasi, penggabungan metode desain dan ilmu sosial memungkinkan para pelakunya untuk berkolaborasi dalam menjalankan sebuah proyek desain. Sebagaimana Miller (2017) menyebutkan proses desain partisipatif juga dapat mendorong sebuah proses desain sebagai proses designing with, not designing for. Untuk melanggengkan desain partisipatif pada divisi ini, diperlukan dinamika serta komunikasi yang sesuai agar alur kerja proyek menjadi lancar, tidak hanya bagi pengguna, namun bagi para pelaku desain itu sendiri. Tulisan ini berfokus pada bagaimana proses korespondensi (correspondence) yang melibatkan penulis sebagai salah satu pelaku desain berada di tengah komunitas tiketdesign dapat mengalami serta memahami korespondensi dan prinsipnya yang tergambar pada proses kerja (mendesain dan mengembangkan produk digital sebagai user experience researcher) sebagai bentuk kebiasaan, kepedulian, dan berkehidupan.

Many methods and techniques are used to design and create products at tiket.com, depending on the expertise of each employee. The process that can be stated to be able to align the whole workflow of each worker is through the participatory design method. Groups or organizations that combine design approaches with social sciences enable actors to collaborate on a design project. As Miller (2017) mentions the participatory design process can also encourage a design process as a process of designing with, not designing for. To perpetuate participatory design in this division, it is necessary to have appropriate dynamics and communication so that the project workflow becomes smooth, not only for users, but for the design actors themselves. This paper focuses on how the correspondence process, which involved writer as one of the design actors in the tiketdesign community, was able to experience and understand correspondence and its principles as depicted in the work process (designing and developing digital products as a user experience researcher) as a form of habit, agencing, and attentionality."

"ABSTRAK
Melalui pendekatan fungsi dan estetika antara manusia dengan arsitektur,
desain mengalami proses perkembangannya di bidang pengetahuan arsitektur
terhadap ruang interior. Penelitian berbasis desain pun menjadi peluang sebagai
media yang dapat mempelajari pendekatan tersebut. Sistem yang dapat bekerja
pada suatu interioritas pun menjadi kunci utama penelitian ini. Bagaimana
interioritas dapat menjawab penelitian mengenai metode baru dalam mendesain
yang bergerak pada fungsi dan estetika ruang interior?
Penelitian ini diawali dengan mempelajari seputar fungsi seni kolase
terhadap sistemnya dalam merepresentasikan suatu ruang arsitektur interior.
Kolase dalam kaidahnya memiliki ruang-ruang tersembunyi dibalik lapisan objek
yang menjadi fokus utama teknik representasi ruang tersebut. Teka-teki mengenai
keberadaan ruang tersembunyi ini kemudian dapat menghasilkan seribu satu
kemungkinan cerita yang tersampaikan melalui pengalaman manusia dalam
fungsi. Dengan penelusuran lebih lanjut, kelak seribu satu kemungkinan cerita
tersebut menjadi suatu sistem yang perlu ditelusuri dengan mempertahankan
unsur fungsi dan estetika terhadap interioritas.
Image seribu satu kemungkinan cerita yang terkandung dan
bercengkerama dalam interioritas sebuah ruang dapat menjadi sistem yang disebut
sebagai mesin. Mesin tersebut adalah sistem yang dapat bekerja di antara persepsi
manusia dan pengalamannya akan ruang secara berkelanjutan. Ruang sebuah
pasar di daerah Santa pun dimanfaatkan sebagai tapak pengembangan mesin
tersebut, dengan alasan peluang image tapak yang dimiliki serta ruang yang berpotensi dapat mewadahi seribu satu cerita. Dialog antara sistem seribu satu
cerita mengenai fungsi dan estetika ini dapat disebut sebagai Living Machine yang
kelak dapat menjawab keberadaan dialog tersebut sebagai suatu interioritas.

ABSTRACT
Through the function and aesthetic approach of the relationship between
man and architecture, design has been through the development in the cognition
of architecture towards interior. Design based study became the opportunity as the
new media that can answer the study approach. The system that is able for
working throughout the interiority is the keyword of the study. How can
interiority answer the new method of design study about function and aesthetic of
an interior space?
The study begins by learning the main function of a collage art and its role
in representing an interior architecture space. Collage art in its own rule has got
some unfound space between its layers as the main focus of the space
representation technique. Puzzles of the existence of the unfound space then
collect a thousand and one probability of stories that were represented through the
human responds by each of their experience as the function of the interior space.
Thus by the further research, a thousand and one stories themselves could create
their own system that should be followed with the function and aesthetic of the
interiority.
The image that is brought by one thousand and one probability of stories
that contained and theatrically involved each other inside the interiority is called
as machine. The machine is a system that works between human perception and
its following experience of space sustainably. The existence of a traditional
market in Santa is chosen to be the site for further development of the machine.

"Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di era modern telah mengubah cara hidup masyarakat. Budaya literasi Indonesia yang masih rendah ditambah dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan pada operasional Perpustakaan Nasional Repiblik Indonesia yang berujung pada urgensi untuk mengembangkan platform perpustakaan digital bernama iPusnas Indonesia yang masih memiliki cukup banyak permasalahan. Penelitian ini berpedoman pada metodologi design thinking yang akan digunakan sebagai kerangka utama penelitian bersamaan dengan metode konsep berpikir Six Hats Thinking untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan, yang tentunya juga didukung oleh beberapa analisis statistik lainnya dalam melakukan proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa prototipe high fidelity desain antarmuka iPusnas yang dihasilkan melalui beberapa kali pengujian usability dan pengukuran kepuasan menggunakan kuesioner PSSUQ.

The rapid development of technology in the modern era has changed the way people live. Especially today, Indonesian low literacy culture and the COVID-19 pandemic affect the operational of the National Library of Indonesia which leads to the urgency to develop its digital library platform, named iPusnas Indonesia that still has quite a lot of problems. This research was guided by design thinking methodology that will be used as the main framework along with the six hats thinking method to solve problems alongside with other several statistical analyses for data gathering and processing. The output of this research is in a form of user interface high fidelity prototype after several usability testing and satisfaction measurement using the PSSUQ questionnaire."
