"Penelitian ini mengkaji tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, khususnya di De Saung, terkait peningkatan kinerja dan kesadaran merek mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, dengan memanfaatkan data primer dari kuesioner online dan offline yang disebar kepada pelanggan, serta data sekunder dari catatan keuangan. Alat analisis seperti analisis SWOT, analisis gap, dan analisis Pareto digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap penurunan kinerja De Saung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kinerja De Saung, ditandai dengan penurunan pendapatan dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Penurunan ini dapat disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan saluran promosi media sosial dan kurangnya penawaran promosi yang beragam. Selain itu, De Saung juga menghadapi persaingan dari bisnis sejenis, yang menuntut penyesuaian strategi mereka. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan saluran pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga dan rekomendasi bagi UMKM, khususnya De Saung, untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan di pasar.

This study examines the challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, specifically in De Saung, regarding their performance improvement and brand awareness. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, utilizing primary data from online and offline questionnaires distributed to customers and secondary data from financial records. Analytical tools such as SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and Pareto analysis are employed to identify the factors contributing to De Saung's performance decline. The findings indicate a decrease in De Saung's performance, characterized by a decline in income compared to previous years. This decline can be attributed to underutilized social media promotional channels and a lack of diverse promotional offerings. Additionally, De Saung faces competition from similar businesses, necessitating adjustments to their strategies. To address these challenges, the study proposes the development of marketing channels to enhance brand awareness. This research offers valuable insights and recommendations for MSMEs, specifically De Saung, to foster growth and success in the market."

"Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam perekonomian Indonesia telah diakui memiliki peran strategis dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan dalam kontribusinya terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Di tengah populasi UMKM dan kontribusinya yang besar, UMKM sering menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek bisnis fundamental, seperti perencanaan, manajemen operasional, model bisnis, inovasi, dan proses bisnis. Studi kasus dengan pendekatan business coaching ini mengevaluasi model bisnis UMKM saat ini yanh didukung dengan hasil analisis lingkungan eksternal dan internal perusahaan. Dalam prosesnya. peneliti usaha Hi Kuliner menggunakan analisis internal VRIO, segmentasi pasar, analisis eksternal PEST, analisis lingkungan eksternal dengan lima kekuatan Porter, dan analisis SWOT terhadap usaha Hi Kuliner dan terhadap model bisnis Hi Kuliner. Peta SWOT telah dilakukan untuk usaha Hi Kuliner dan untuk model bisnis Hi Kuliner. Berdasarkan hasil SWOT model bisnis dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi lingkungan eksternal dan internal perusahaan, peneliti dapat mengidentifikasi kesenjangan usaha yang mengarah pada pengembangan model bisnis baru dengan perbaikan utama diawali pada blok aktivitas kunci. Hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan business coaching ini menekankan pentingnya mengembangkan dan melakukan pembaruan aktivitas kunci yang sesuai dengan bisnis UMKM.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Indonesian economy have been recognized as having a strategic role in employment and in their contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Despite their large population and contribution, MSMEs often face challenges in fundamental business aspects, such as planning, operational management, business models, innovation, and business processes. This case study with a business coaching approach evaluated the current business model of one small enterprise (subsequently called HK for Hi Kuliner) supported by the results of the analysis of the company's external and internal environment. In the process, we used VRIO internal analysis, market segmentation, PEST external analysis, external environment analysis with Porter's five forces, and Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat analysis of HK business model. SWOT mapping has been done for HK as an enterprise and for HK product’s business model. Based on the SWOT results of the business model by considering the external and internal environmental conditions of the company, we can identify business model problems that led to the development of a new business model with the main improvements starting in the key activity blocks. The results of this research with a business coaching approach emphasize the importance of innovating key activities that are suitable for the HK business."

"Meningkatkan penjualan dan memperbaiki manajemen hubungan pelanggan sangat penting untuk bisnis apapun. Alaskaki Concept Store sebagai subyek penelitian merupakan sebuah usaha skala menengah yang menjual pakaian dan aksesoris seperti sepatu, kacamata, topi dan tas. UKM ini menghadapi kesulitan dalam meningkatkan penjualan online dan dalam mengelola hubungan dengan para pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memandu dan mendampingi UKM Alaskaki Concept Store dalam mengembangkan saluran penjualan melalui platform online (Tokopedia dan Shopee) dan memperbaiki manajemen hubungan pelanggannya. Pendampingan bisnis (business coaching) dilakukan selama bulan Januari sampai Juni 2022. Analisis data dan informasi yang diperoleh dilakukan menggunakan analisis kualitatifdeskriptif. Semua data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, pengisian kuesioner online, dan tinjauan literatur. Melalui pendampingan bisnis ini penjualan UKM Alaskaki Concept Store diharapkan dapat meningkat dan penggunaan database pelanggan dapat membantu dalam mengembangkan layanan kanal dan relasi pelanggan yang melayani pelanggan secara efektif dan efisien.

Increasing sales and improving customer relationship management are important for any business. Alaskaki Concept Store, the object of the study through business coaching approach, is a small enterprise who sells apparels and accessories such as shoes, glasses, hats, and bags. The store is facing difficulties to increase its online sales and to manage relationships with customers. The study aims at guiding Alaskaki Concept Store on how to develop or increase the sales through online channels (Tokopedia and Shopee) and improving its customer relationship management. The business coaching was conducted in January-June 2022. Qualitative research and descriptive analysis have been applied. All data was collected by in-depth interviews, observations, online questionnaires, and literature reviews. Through this business coaching approach, it is expected that the sales of Alaskaki Concept Store will increase, and the store can maximize the use of customer’s database to conduct more targeted promotion."

"Sebagai penyumbang penyerapan tenaga kerja terbesar di Indonesia, UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, kategori tersebut menyerap sekitar 97% tenaga kerja nasional. Dari sekian banyak jenis UMKM yang ada, UMKM di sektor konstruksi seperti pemasok bahan bangunan memiliki signifikansi tambahan karena kontribusi sektor konstruksi terhadap PDB Indonesia sekitar 10,7% pada tahun 2020. Konsumennya adalah pemilik bangunan, arsitek, dan kontraktor. Dengan pasar ini, perbaikan memiliki manfaat dalam situasi keseluruhan pada sektor konstruksi. Kajian dengan pendekatanbusiness coaching dilakukan pada salah satu UMKM yang masuk dalam kategori ini. Penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan kanvas model bisnis sebagai alat dilakukan untuk menemukan ketidaksesuaian pada model bisnis yang ada. Mengikuti temuan kami merumuskan perbaikan model bisnis untuk memicu intervensi dalam bentuk inovasi model bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini kami menemukan pengembangan kanal memiliki peran untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu mengusulkan model bisnis baru termasuk Kanal dan Hubungan Pelanggan yang akan mempengaruhi sumber daya Utama dan aktivitas Utama, karena model bisnis merupakan sistem aktivitas, yang memiliki interaksi dan saling ketergantungan antar komponen bangunan.

As the largest contributors to employment in Indonesia MSMEs have significant role in Indonesian economy, the category absorbs around 97% of the national workforce. And from many types of MSMEs that exist, those in the construction sector such as suppliers of building material have an additional significancy due construction sector contribution to Indonesia's GDP, around 10.7% in 2020. The consumer were the owners, architects, and contractors. With this market, the improvement should have a benefit in overall situation of construction sector.  A study with a business coaching approach was carried out on one of the MSMEs in this category. Qualitative research using business model canvas as tools was held to find discrepancy in existing business model. Follow the finding we formulated business model improvements to trigger an intervention in the form of a business model innovation. In this research we find Channel development has a role to improve the company performance. but it was necessary to propose a new business model including Channels and Customer Relations which will affect their Key resources and Key activities. because business models were an activity system, which has interactions and interdependencies between building components."

This thesis discusses about the business development in SME. The business develompment was done through the implementation of business coaching that conducted between students and owners of SMEs Art pannacotta, an SME that produce a kind of dessert, pannacotta. Data obtained through the implementation of these activities then further analyzed through several theories, such as SWOT analysis, conjoint analysis, product positioning analysis, analysis of competitive advantage, and also product development and market analysis. The results of the business coaching is an effort to develop the competitive advantages possessed by SMEs as well as efforts to increase sales through expansion of the market and target consumers.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang business coaching yang dilakukan penulis selaku coach terhadap Syafitri Gallery, sebuah UMKM yang memproduksi pakaian bordir dengan nuansa etnik Indonesia. Tujuan coaching ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model bisnis Syafitri Gallery dengan membuat perumusan standar profit formula dan menambahkan media promosi berupa website guna meningkatkan kinerja penjualannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis data kualitatif. Pada akhir periode pelaksanaan business coaching, UMKM telah memiliki standar profit formula yang terdiri dari standard costing per unit dan pengunaan cost volume profit analysis untuk mengetahui titik impas dan mencapai target laba. Selain itu, Syafitri Gallery sudah memiliki desain website akan tetapi belum diluncurkan. Keberhasilan strategi pengembangan bisnis terhadap kinerja penjualan belum dapat diukur.

This thesis is a business coaching conducted by the author as a coach to Syafitri Gallery, an SME that produces clothes with Indonesia ethnic embroidered. The purpose of this study is to improve the SME?s businesss model by standard profit formulation and improvement of promotion media in form of website to increase sales performance. Method used in this thesis is qualitative data analysis. At the end of business coaching, SME has sucessfully found standard profit formulation which are consist of standard costing of unit cost and appliance cost volume profit analysis to determine break even point and achieve the target profit. Moreover, Syafitri Gallery already has a web design but has not launched yet. Business development strategy success of sales performance is not able to be measured yet.
