Latar belakang Tingginya angka komplikasi morbiditas pasien-pasien yang menjalani prosedur mandibulektomi pada pasien-pasien dengan tumor mandi.bula telah banyak dilaporkan di jurnal-jurnal internasional. Komplikasi tersebut menyebabkan interfensi bedah, bertambahnya lama rawat dan disabilitas. Komplikasi tersebut meliputi infeksi, ekspose plate, rembesan luka, hematorna yang luas, operasi, nyeri, hilangnya sensorik daerah tersebut, jaringan parut yang buruk.

Metode Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menelusuri data rekam medik pasien yang menjalani operasi mandibulektomi di divisi bedah onkologi tahun 2011. Didapat 10 pasien dengan tumor ... "
