Monyet pemakan daun yang termasuk sub famili Colobinae, terdiri dari 5 - 7 genus dengan 24 - 30 spesies (Struhsaker dan Leland, 1987). Di Indonesia jenis-jenis ini tersebar di Pulau Kalimantan, Sumatera dan Jawa.
