"The advancement of information and communication technology through the internet has offered a new form of participation and interaction between government and society so that in the end it can push the higher level of understanding and acceptance of society to government action. The condition achieved through the use of various e-government applications. This paper attempts to discuss how e-musrenbang applications implemented by some local governments in Indonesia contribute to increasing community participation in development planning as well as the
numerous challenges and obstacles faced in realizing it. To achieve the objectives, this paper uses a qualitative approach with literature studies on some documents and data sources that discuss the implementation of e-musrenbang in Indonesia."

"Corruption is a major problem faced by the Indonesian people, including those occurring in the Regional Government. To adequately address the issue of corruption, the understanding of the causes of corruption needs to be given attention so that efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption can
be adjusted to the root of the problem. From the search results to
the various literature, it can be seen that in essence, corruption is
caused by some factors that either contribute directly or indirectly. Also, factors causing corruption can also be distinguished between factors related to individual characteristics as well as structural influences. This study wants to know whether ignorance or lack of understanding of regulation can be constructed as the cause of corruption by the Head of Region in Indonesia. This research uses constructivist paradigm and use
qualitative research method with a case study and done normatively. Based on the results of the study, ignorance or lack of understanding of regulation can be constructed as the cause of corruption by the Head of Region in Indonesia. Ignorance of regulation can be categorized as a cause of corruption in the context of Indonesia and other developing countries."

"This book will include most of the application areas of industrial engineering through these computational intelligence systems. In the literature, there is no book including many real and practical applications of Computational Intelligence Systems from the point of view of Industrial Engineering. Every chapter will include explanatory and didactic applications. "

"This book is the very first collection in the field of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) focusing on theoretical, conceptual, and philosophical issues in the creation of thinking machines. All the authors are researchers actively developing AGI projects, thus distinguishing the book from much of the theoretical cognitive science and AI literature, which is generally quite divorced from practical AGI system building issues. And the discussions are presented in a way that makes the problems and proposed solutions understandable. "

"We specifically focus on the following issues: 1. An important question when modeling continuous optimization problems is how we should handle overconstrained problems, i.e. problems that have no solutions. 2. Users of a programming language often want a rich language that is easy to model in. 3. A well-known technique for solving ASP consists of translating a program P to a propositional theory whose models exactly correspond to the answer sets of P. "

"This book concerns non-linguistic knowledge required to perform computational natural language understanding (NLU). The main objective of the book is to show that inference-based NLU has the potential for practical large scale applications. First, an introduction to research areas relevant for NLU is given. "

"This book will expose the reader to some of the fundamental methodology in non-cooperative game theory, and highlight some numerical methods, along with some relevant applications. Since the early development days, differential game theory has had a significant impact in such diverse disciplines as applied mathematics, economics, systems theory, engineering, operations, research, biology, ecology, environmental sciences, among others. Modern game theory now relies on wide ranging mathematical and computational methods, and relevant applications that are rich and challenging. Game theory has been widely recognized as an important tool in many fields. Importance of game theory to economics is illustrated by the fact that numerous game theorists, such as John Forbes Nash, Jr., Robert J. Aumann and Thomas C. Schelling, have won the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics Sciences. Simply put, game-theory has the potential to reshape the analysis of human interaction."

"This book demonstrates that the concept of an instruction sequence offers a novel and useful viewpoint on issues relating to diverse subjects in computer science. Selected issues relating to well-known subjects from the theory of computation and the area of computer architecture are rigorously investigated in this book thinking in terms of instruction sequences. The subjects from the theory of computation, to wit the halting problem and non-uniform computational complexity, are usually investigated thinking in terms of a common model of computation such as Turing machines and Boolean circuits. The subjects from the area of computer architecture, to wit instruction sequence performance, instruction set architectures and remote instruction processing, are usually not investigated in a rigorous way at all.
