" Telah dilakukan kegiatan penelitian sistesis bio-polimer dari turunan minyak sawit dalam hal ini adalah asam oleat. Metoda proses polimerisasi pembuatan bio polimer oleat yaitu polimerisasi kationik melalui beberapa 2 tahap. Tahap 1 (kesatu) yaitu pembuatan metil ester melalui reaksi esterifikasi asam oleat dengan metanol. Kondisi optimum reaksi esterifikasi dilakukan pada temperatur 70-80oC, waktu proses selama 4 jam, penambahan katalis asam sulfat (H2SO4) sebanyak 1% dari berat total reaktan dan perbandingan ratio antara asam oleat dan ... " The present study investigates the aqueous stability of polyethylene glycol and oleic acid- based anionic surfactants through the dynamic light scattering (DLS) and zeta potential methods, for application in enhanced oil recovery (EOR). Polyethylene glycol dioleate sulfonate (PDOS) surfactant solutions were prepared in concentrations of 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, and 1 wt% in deionized water.
