"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok Periode Bulan September 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi di apotek adalah 'Pelaksanaan Konseling Kepada Pasien Terdiagnosis Hipertensi melalui Kegiatan Home Pharmacy Care'. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini untuk melakukan pemantauan terapi pasien geriatri dengan penyakit hipertensi melalui pelayanan kefarmasian dirumah agar tercapai keberhasilan terapi dan kepatuhan terapi pasien.

Internship at Kimia Farma No. 352 Pharmacy Depok Period September 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. Ethica Industi Farmasi joint venture with Fresenius Kabi Cikarang Periode Bulan Juli ndash; Agustus 2017 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Penentuan Metode Analisis Penetapan Residu Senyawa Marker Validasi Pembersihan rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah membuat dan mengkaji protokol metode analisis penetapan residu senyawa marker untuk validasi pembersihan. Secara umum, PT. Ethica Industi Farmasi joint venture with Fresenius Kabi telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Abbott Indonesia Period July - August 2017 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. "Praktek kerja profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dilakukan selama dua minggu pada bulan Oktober 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, khususnya di Direktorat Tata Kelola Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan. Praktik kerja profesi juga bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan serta pengalaman praktis dari calon apoteker sehingga memiliki gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Tugas khusus yang dikerjakan selama praktik kerja profesi adalah ldquo;Pendistribusian, Pemusnahan dan Pelaporan Buffer Stock dan Perbekalan Kesehatan di Instalasi Farmasi Pusat rdquo; yang bertujuan agar calon apoteker memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi Pusat, terutama proses distribusi dan pelaporan.

Internship at The Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medicine Devices Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia Period October 2017 aims to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medicine Devices, especially in the Directorate Public Service Governance and Medical Supplies, as well as have the knowledge about basic tasks and functions of Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medicine Devices. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insights, knowledge, and real experience as well as have a real picture about pharmaceutical issues in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medicine Devices Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia. Internship at The Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medicine Devices was conducted for two weeks with special assignment Distribution, Destruction and Reporting of Buffer Stock and Medical Supplies at Pharmaceutical Installation Centers aimed at getting pharmacists to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in undertaking pharmaceutical work at the Central Pharmaceutical Installation, in particular the process of distribution and reporting."
