"Skripsi ini membahas tentang uji penerapan aplikasi open source ICA-AtoM 1.0.9 pada Kantor Arsip Universitas Indonesia. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hasil output data deskripsi arsip menggunakan ICA-AtoM, bagaimana proses temu-kembali arsip pada Kantor Arsip menggunakan ICAAtoM, apakah ICA-AtoM dapat diterapkan pada arsip perguruan tinggi (Kantor Arsip). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi efektifitas penerapan aplikasi ICA-AtoM pada arsip perguruan tinggi (Kantor Arsip) terutama dalam proses deskripsi arsip dan temu-kembali menggunakan ICA-AtoM. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan penerapan ICA-AtoM memudahkan dalam proses temukembali arsip dan data deskripsi yang ditampilkan lengkap sesuai ISAD(G), elemen data yang ditampilkan ICA-AtoM dengan dokumen arsip asli sesuai, dengan teknologi open source dan web-based yang digunakan oleh ICA-AtoM Universitas Indonesia dapat mengembangkan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan Kantor Arsip

This thesis discusses the application of the application of ICA-AtoM open source 1.0.9 on the Central Arshives of the university (central archives), University of Indonesia .Issues discussed in this research is how to fit the data between the input data using ICA-Atom, how the archive retrieval process at central archives easier with ICA-Atom, whether ICA-Atom can be applied to college archives (central archives). The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of the process of archival description and retrieval of ICA-atom atcentral archives, and to know the prospects for development of ICA-Atom. Research results show the application of ICA-Atom facilitate the retrieval process of records, data elements that appear in ICA-Atom with original archival documents in accordance, with open source technology and web-based that is used by ICA-Atom University of Indonesia to develop it in accordance with the needs of central archives ( University Archives Centre)"

"Arsip universitas mengelola berbagai macam koleksi seperti arsip tekstual, video, foto,dan gambar teknik. Koleksi tersebut memiliki informasi dan pengetahuan yang beragam.Kantor Arsip sebagai penyelenggara arsip universitas memiliki tujuan agar informasi danpengetahuan yang terkandung pada sebuah arsip dapat dimanfaatkan oleh sivitasakademika dan masyarakat umum. Mekanisme yang dapat menyimpan pengetahuan danmenghubungkan entitas data pada koleksi arsip universitas adalah dengan ontologi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ontologi arsip universitas. Ontologi padapenelitian ini disusun berdasarkan beberapa sumber (ontologi dan non-ontologi) yaituRecord in Context-Ontology (RiC-O) v-0.1 dan Skema Klasifikasi Arsip dalam formatSKOS (Simple Knowledge Organization System). Model ontologi dibuat denganperangkat lunak Protégé dalam format Web Ontology Language (OWL). Dataset darikoleksi arsip universitas ditransformasi dari bentuk tabel ke dalam format RDF(ResourceDescription Framework) menggunakan Cellfie Plugin dan Open Refine. Evaluasidilakukan dengan konfirmasi terhadap domain expert, reasoner Pellet untuk ujikonsistensi, dan pertanyaan kompetensi menggunakan SPARQL Query. Hasil penelitianmembuktikan ontologi mampu menghubungkan entitas data pada koleksi arsipuniversitas, memberikan pengalaman baru dalam penelusuran informasi secarakomprehensif.

University archives manage various collections such as textual, video, photo and

technical drawing archives. The collection has diverse information and knowledge.

Kantor Arsip as the organizer of university archives has objective that the information

and knowledge contained in an archive can be utilized by academicians and public. The

mechanism that can store knowledge and connect data entities in a university archive

collection is with ontology. This study purpose to design the university archive ontology.

The ontology in this study was compiled based on several sources (ontology and nonontology),

namely Record in Context-Ontology (RiC-O) v-0.1 and the Archive

Classification Scheme in the format of SKOS (Simple Knowledge Organization System).

The ontology model was created with Protégé software in the Web Ontology Language

(OWL) format. The dataset from the university's archive collection is transformed from

tabular form to RDF (Resource Description Framework) format using the Cellfie Plugin

and Open Refine. Evaluation is done by confirming the expert domain, Pellet reasoners

for consistency testing, and competency questions using SPARQL Query. The results of

the research prove that ontology is able to linked unstructure data entity in university

archive collection, provide new experiences in comprehensive information retrieval."
