"ABSTRAK
Penyelundupan narkotika ke Indonesia dalam jumlah yang besar biasanya dilakukan melalui jalur laut. Kondisi geografis Indonesia dan tingginya intensitas kapal yang melintasi laut Indonesia telah menyediakan peluang penyelundupan narkotika melalui jalur laut dengan modus dan rute yang beragam. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menanggulangi penyelundupan narkotika melalui jalur laut adalah melalui lembaga Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai DJBC . Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sistem pengawasan laut DJBC dalam mencegah penyelundupan narkotika melalui jalur laut. Tulisan ini menggunakan teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sistem pengawasan laut DJBC dapat mereduksi peluang penyelundupan narkotika melalui jalur laut. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa sistem pengawasan laut DJBC memiliki fungsi yang strategis dalam mereduksi peluang penyelundupan narkotika melalui jalur laut. Namun, terdapat beberapa kelemahan pada sistem pengawasan laut DJBC dalam mencegah penyelundupan narkotika melalui jalur laut. Maka dari itu, tulisan ini merekomendasikan DJBC untuk segera mengimplementasikan Custom Integrated Maritime Surveillance System CIMSS yang dilengkapi dengan serangkaian teknologi pengawasan maritim yang komprehensif dan sistem komando dan pengendalian yang terintegrasi.

ABSTRACT
Narcotics Smuggling into Indonesia in a huge amount usually done by going through sea route. Indonesia`s geographic conditions and the high intensity of ships that cross the Indonesian seas has provided opportunities for the narcotics smuggling through by sea with various modes and routes. One of the goverment`s efforts in handling the narcotics smuggling is through with the Directorate General of Customs and Excise DGCE. This paper aims to explain how DGCE`s maritime surveillance system prevents the narcotics smuggling by sea route. This paper uses the theory of situational crime prevention to explain how DGCE rsquo s maritime surveillance system can reduce the opportunity of the narcotics smuggling through by sea routes. The analysis result shows that DGCE maritime surveillance system has a strategic function in reducing the opportunity of the narcotics smuggling through by sea route. However, there are some disadvantages to DGCE`s maritime surveillance system in preventing narcotics smuggling through by sea routes. Therefore, this paper recommends DGCE to immediately implement a Custom Integrated Maritime Surveillance System CIMSS equipped with a comprehensive set of maritime surveillance technologies and an integrated command and control system. "

"ABSTRAK
Rumah sakit menggunakan peralatan peralatan elektronik yang menimbulkan harmonik, disaat yang bersamaan rumah sakit sangat membutuhkan suplai dengan kualitas daya yang baik. Jika peralatan pada rumah sakit disuplai dengan kualitas yang buruk, maka performa dari peralatan pada Rumah Sakit akan menurun. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mereduksi harmonisa yang dilakukan dengan menggeser fasa sebesar 30 derajat dengan menggunakan transformator Dy11. Penelitian akan difokuskan untuk menghilangkan orde harmonisa yang dominan pada titik hubung listrik (Point of Common Coupling/PCC). Penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi reduksi harmonisa pada titik hubung listrik yang diteliti sehingga tingkat harmonisa total mengalami reduksi sebesar 2,58% dikarenakan orde ke-5 dan orde ke 7 mengalami reduksi akibat adanya penggeseran fasa oleh Transformator.

ABSTRACT
Hospital use many non-linear device that injected system with harmonic current, but hospital need a good power suply. Bad quality of the power suplai in hospital would affect the performance of the device in the hospital. So this riset is try to reduce the harmonic distorsion with transformator Dy11 that will shift the phase 30 degree. The riset will be focused to the order harmonic dominant on PCC, so the harmonic distortion will be tuned to harmonic standar. This riset show that using of transformator Dy11 will reduce THD-i at point common of coupling in the amount of 2,58%, because fifth and seventh order get reduced because of there are shifting of phase."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kembali mengenai topik discount framing, salah satu faktor yang diduga, bisa meningkatkan intensi membeli konsumen dan nilai transaksi, jika dikaitkan dengan produk dengan harga rendah atau tinggi, dengan ukuran diskon rendah atau tinggi, dan dikontrol menggunakan harga referensi Internal. Sampel yang digunakan adalah penduduk Millenial Indonesia yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan pembelian terhadap produk berharga rendah ataupun tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analsisi Multivariate of Covariance ( MANCOVA ) untuk mengolah data yang digunakan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa untuk penduduk Millenial Indonesia, ukuran diskon masih merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi nilai transaksi, dan format diskon masih menjadi hal yang tidak dianggap secara signifikan. Sedangkan dari sisi harga referensi internal, produk dengan harga tinggi mendapat perhatian lebih daripada produk berharga rendah. Ini berarti, penduduk Millenial Indonesia masih mengandalkan ukuran diskon dalam membeli produk daripada, memperhatikan format diskon yang digunakan, dan sensitif terhadap produk dengan harga tinggi.

The study aims to explore on the topic of discount framing, which is one factor that has been researched over the years for having impact on Purchase intention and perception of transaction value, both for high price or low price product, for both low and high discount size. This Study also has Internal Reference Price as Covariance, which is suspected to have some form of involvement in Purchase intention and Transaction Value. Sample used are Indonesian Millennials Citizen that have purchasing power for both products price point. This research is using Multivariate analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) to process the data. Theresult showed that for Indonesian Millennials citizens, discount size is still the significant factor that affects perception on transaction value, and discount format, generally, is still ignored. For the Covariance, Internal Reference Price high price product is still getting more attention for this segment. Allinall, Indonesian Millennial Citizens still use discount size as a parameter to buy a product and are sensitive to high price products."

"Colon polyps can be a predisposing factor for colon cancer; they should be immediately removed once they are found. Most of colon cancer arises from adenoma. Most adenoma cases are asymptomatic. It is frequently detected at the first time when someone undergoes screening for colorectal cancer with the imaging modalities in the medical check-up. Approximately, 10-40% of patients without any symptoms with the positive result of occult blood test suffer from adenoma. By using colonoscopy, we can detect for adenoma cancer and adenoma polyps, so colonoscopic procedure is recommended for individuals with the high risk for colorectal cancer. Excision and polyp removal during colonoscopy is a treatment choice to lower the risk for developing colon cancer. Surgical intervention is usually required in the management of adenoma polyps for those with an extremely large size which cannot be resected through endoscopy. There are some suggestions for preventing of adenoma growing such as vegetable and fruit diet, limit intake of meat and fatty food. And finally do physical activities regularly and stay away from alcohol and cigarettes"

"ABSTRAK
Sweet sorghum is a kind of sorghum that contains high content of sugar in its stem. Sweet sorghum has a big potential to be developed in Indonesia owing to its wide adaptation and the fact that it can be used as raw material for liquid sugar, syrup, ethanol, and also as animal feed. Sweet sorghum has not been developed in Indonesia because of lack of a sweet sorghum variety. Improvement of available sweet sorghum genotype can be done among others through plant breeding program. First step on the plant breeding program is to increase the plant genetic variability. This might be done by introduction of varieties or by breeding to create new varieties. Induced mutation using Gamma irradiation can be used to increase the genetic variability of sweet sorghum. Mutation breeding using Gamma irradiation in sweet sorghum was aimed at improving the yield and quality of sweet sorghum.
This research was conducted to study the effect of Gamma irradiation on sweet sorghum growth in the M1 generation, and to estimate the optimal dose range suitably for the breeding program. Beside, the objective of this research was to evaluate the genetic variability for the purpose of plant selection in the M2 generation.
Plant materials consisted of 2 sweet sorghum lines introduced from ICRISAT namely line No. 79 and No. 83. Non-saccharin sorghum of local variety Fiigari was used as a control. The doses of Gamma irradiation treatment were 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 Gy. The Ml plants were sown in greenhouse at PATIR-BATAN Jakarta, and then were transplanted in the experimental field at Balitbiogen, Bogor. The M2 plants were grown in the experimental field at Lubang Buaya, Jakarta. Important agronomic traits such as plant height, spike length, stem diameter, and grain weight/spike were observed.
The results indicated that sorghum lines gave different response to Gamma irradiation, and all measured variables were significantly affected. Irradiation gave morphology and physiology damages on sorghum like abnormality, sterility, and lethality in the Ml generation. The increase of irradiation doses increased physiological damage. Effective doses of Gamma irradiation for sweet sorghum was to be around 400-500 Gy, and the lethal doses 50% of sweet sorghum was around 800-1000 Gy. Putative mutation sometimes could be observed in the M2 generation. The treatment of Gamma increased genetic variability of plant height, spike length, stem diameter, and grain weight/spike. The highest genetic variability was found in the dose treatment of 200-300 Gy. Within this interval dose, there might be high probability to find desirable mutants for further breeding purpose. A number of 38 plants had been selected from the M2 population as putative mutants.
