" Krisis moneter yang menimpa Indonesia pada tahun 1997 menyisakan dampak hingga saat ini melalui kebijakan release and discharge yang dikeluarkan dalam rangka menyelesaikan kewajiban para debitur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan disain studi kasus. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teori-teori ekonomi yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan penelitian.
