"ABSTRAKKasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia meningkat dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Namun kondisi ini tidak diikuti oleh perlakuan yang sesuai baik dari pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Para penyintas masih memilih diam daripada melaporkan kasus mereka untuk ditangani lebih lanjut karena takut dianggap sebagai pembawa aib bagi keluarga. Lingkungan yang tidak bersahabat bagi penyintas kekerasan seksual mendorong organisasi nonprofit untuk meluncurkan kampanye sosial anti kekerasan seksual guna memberi dukungan terhadap penyintas kekerasan seksual. Artikel ini mengkaji kampanye anti kekerasan seksual di Indonesia, yaitu kampanye MulaiBicara yang dimulai oleh Lentera Sintas Indonesia dan kampanye 16 Hari Anti Kekerasan terhadap Perempuan 16HAKTP yang diinisiasi oleh Komnas Perempuan sebagai perbandingan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sedikit perbedaan antara kampanye MulaiBicara dan kampanye 16HAKTP, di mana kampanye MulaiBicara lebih berfokus pada aktivisme media sosial. Meskipun demikian, kedua kampanye dinilai penting sebagai upaya resistensi terhadap proses pembungkaman penyintas kekerasan seksual.

ABSTRACTThe number of sexual violence cases in Indonesia is increasing compared to the previous year. But the situation has not been handled well by the government nor the society. The survivors of sexual violence still choose to be silent about it rather than to report their case to the authority, mostly caused by the fear of being seen as a disgrace to their family. This unfriendly environment for sexual violence survivors encouraged nonprofit organizations to make a move and released anti sexual violence social campign in hope it will give some support to the survivors. This article examines anti sexual violence social campaign in Indonesia, MulaiBicara that was started by Lentera Sintas Indonesia and 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence 16HAKTP which was initiated by National Commission on Violence Against Women as comparison. The result shows that there are a few differences between two campaigns, where the former is more focused on their social media activism. However, both MulaiBicara and 16HAKTP are important as they show resistance attempt of the sexual violence survivor to the silencing process."
