"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses penyusunan dokumen sidang banding atas sengketa yang dihadapi oleh PT SPCN (bergerak pada bidang logistik) yang diwakilkan oleh kuasa hukum konsultan KAP XYZ. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap dua hal, yaitu evaluasi atas pemenuhan syarat substantif berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku dan atas efisiensi proses kerja berdasarkan pengalaman kerja dan observasi penulis. Kesimpulan dari evaluasi ini adalah dokumen yang diajukan oleh konsultan KAP XYZ serta proses berjalannya sidang telah memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku. Namun, terdapat inefisiensi yang disebabkan oleh dokumen yang tidak lengkap dan ketidaktepatan waktu dari berjalannya proses persidangan. Pada saat penulisan laporan ini, proses banding sengketa PT SPCN masih berlangsung sehingga putusan Banding belum dapat ditentukan.

This internship report aims to evaluate the process of preparing the appeal court documents for disputes faced by PT SPCN (company in the logistics industry) which is represented by the KAP XYZ consultants as attorneys. The evaluation was carried out on two things, which are the evaluation of the fulfilment of substantive requirements based on applicable regulations and evaluation on the efficiency of the work process based on work experience and observations of the author. The conclusion of this evaluation is that the documents submitted by KAP XYZ consultants and the proceedings of the trial have complied with the applicable regulations. However, there were inefficiencies caused by incomplete documents and the timeliness of the trial process. At the time of writing this report, PT SPCN dispute appeal process is still ongoing, hence the decision on the appeal has yet to be determined."
