"[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagi perusahaan untuk dapat mengantisipasi kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dari rasio-rasio keuangan dari tahun 2010 sampai 2014.Pada penelitian ini dalam melakukan analisis menggunakan model Altman untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan yang di batasi pada perusahaan-perusahaan pengembang properti. Dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah 35 perusahaan dengan menggunakan rasio-rasio keuangan sebagai indikator atas keadaan likuiditas, efisien, leverage, dan probabilitas perusahaan.Pemodelan ini menggunakan metode analisis diskriman untuk memperoleh model yang baik. Hasil dari analisis diskriminan ini didapat rasio yang berpengaruh yaitu Working Capital, Total liabilities, Retain Earning , Total Asset, MVE,EBIT terhadap kebangkrutan.

"Tumpahan minyak bahan bakar solar yang berasal dari kegiatan transportasi di perairan laut dapat memiliki dampak serius terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat yang bergantung pada sumber daya laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis profil masyarakat di Kampung Tanah Merah Baru, Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat, yang secara geografis berdekatan dengan kegiatan operasional PT. X dalam bidang eksplorasi LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) di daerah terpencil. Metode penelitian ini menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui survei dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama perwakilan masyarakat dan tim penanggulangan tumpahan minyak PT. X. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif statistik dan analisis faktor menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic Versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil masyarakat di Kampung Tanah Merah Baru, Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Tingkat kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penanganan tumpahan minyak bahan bakar solar serta implementasi Oil Spill Contingency Plan (OSCP) tergolong baik. Namun, terdapat perbedaan dalam persepsi dan sikap terhadap tumpahan minyak bahan bakar solar antara masyarakat yang telah bekerja di lingkungan PT. X dan yang belum pernah bekerja di sana. Untuk meningkatkan profil, kesiapsiagaan, dan partisipasi masyarakat di Kampung Tanah Merah Baru, Teluk Bintuni, Papua Barat, diperlukan upaya melalui penyampaian informasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dalam hal kesiapsiagaan menghadapi tumpahan minyak bahan bakar solar. Hal ini penting untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif yang mungkin timbul akibat potensi tumpahan minyak dan untuk memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan mereka.

The spillage of diesel fuel in marine environments, often resulting from transportation activities, has the potential to cause catastrophic disasters with profound impacts on both the environment and the communities whose sustenance relies on marine resources. This research endeavors to identify and scrutinize the profile of the community residing in Kampung Tanah Merah Baru, Teluk Bintuni, West Papua, a geographically remote area proximate to the operational activities of PT. X in the domain of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) exploration. Employing a mixed-method approach, this study combines quantitative surveys using questionnaires, interviews with local respondents, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving community representatives and the PT. X oil spill response team. The data collected is subjected to analysis through descriptive statistical techniques and factor analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 software. The research findings elucidate that the community profile in Kampung Tanah Merah Baru, Teluk Bintuni, West Papua, is significantly influenced by social, economic, and environmental factors. Furthermore, the study reveals that the level of awareness and community engagement in managing diesel fuel spills and the Oil Spill Contingency Plan (OSCP) remains relatively good. Notably, disparities in perceptions and attitudes towards diesel fuel spills are discernible among community members who have prior experience working within the PT. X operational environment. To enhance the community profile, preparedness, and active participation in the context of Kampung Tanah Merah Baru, concerted efforts are imperative to provide comprehensive information and training programs. These initiatives aim to bolster the community's readiness to effectively respond to and manage diesel fuel spills, ultimately safeguarding both the local environment and the livelihoods of its residents."
