"Pada awal tahun 2020, Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang terdampak virus SARS-CoV-2 (penyakit corona virus 2019; sebelumnya 2019 – nCoV) atau sekarang disebut COVID-19. Hal ini yang mendesak dikeluarkannya Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 33 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) guna menanggulangi penyebaran virus COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta. Salah satu hal yang diatur dalam peraturan ini ialah, peliburan kantor. Peliburan kantor yang dimaksud ialah pembatasan proses bekerja di tempat kerja dan menggantinya dengan proses bekerja di rumah/tempat tinggal. Namun, terdapat pengecualian dalam peliburan tempat kerja, salah satunya bagi tempat kerja yang melakukan pelayanan dalam bidang keuangan atau Bank. Sehingga dalam melakukan kegiatan usahanya diperlukan penyesuaian dalam bidang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja untuk menjaga semua orang yang berada di lingkungan kantor dari paparan virus COVID-19. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Penerapan Kebijakan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Bagi Pekerja Selama Masa PSBB Pandemi COVID-19 di Bank XYZ Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini ialah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Hasil dari penelitian adalah diketahui bahwa regulasi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang dibuat oleh Bank XYZ selama masa PSBB COVID-19 telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, namun dalam pelaksanannya masih belum maksimal. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh hambatan yang berasal dari pekerja seperti ketidakmampuan bekerja dari rumah, penggunaan transportasi umum, dan kelalaian dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Adapaun hambatan yang berasal dari pengusaha seperti kelangkaan alat penunjang kesehatan pekerja dan juga kurang berhasilnya edukasi perihal COVID-19 yang diberikan.

In early 2020, Indonesia became one of the countries affected by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (coronavirus disease 2019; previously 2019 – nCoV) or called COVID-19. This is what urges the issuance of Governor Regulation Number 33 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus in DKI Jakarta. One of the things regulated in this regulation is office closure. The intended office closure is limiting the process of working in the workplace and replacing it with the process of working at home/residence. However, there is an exceptions, which is for workplaces that provide services in the financial sector or bank. So in order to carrying out its business activities, adjustments are needed in the field of occupational health and safety to protect everyone from the exposure of COVID-19 virus. This thesis discusses the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Policies for Workers During the COVID-19 Pandemic PSBB Period at Bank XYZ Jakarta. The research method used in this thesis is normative juridical using secondary data consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The result of the research is that the occupational health and safety regulations made by Bank XYZ during the COVID-19 PSBB period are in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, but their implementation is still not optimal. This is caused by the workers inability to work from home, the use of public transportation, negligence in implementing health protocols, the scarcity of health support equipment for workers and the lack of success in providing education about COVID-19.
